Hey girlies!
Got my workout done-even surprised myself by going heavier on a few exercises out of necessity (no weights small enough to add on). I even saw the vein in my shoulder!! Funny how most people are grossed out by it, but I see it as a badge of strength! I'm going to do abs when the extra kiddos that are over leave. Feeling much better today.
Robin, I really need to get those AOS workouts-my kb trainer highly recommends them. They will definitely be my next purchase. You are such an enabler!
Anne, no worries on the no workout. Tap is a major calorie burner! Still not sure on the recital-My mom is staying with my grandma while she recovers and Darrin has been working Saturdays and doing side jobs on Sundays! I don't want to drive up and then turn back around-it's exhausting. I'll definitely let you know by next week.
