Thanks for the warm welcome everyone!! Looking forward to checking in and getting to know all of you!! I am just dropping in real quick while I nurse my 5mo dd. I have three children, ds 9, dd 7, and dd 5mos. I have been doing Cathe workouts for quite a few years now. I discovered her on Fit TV then soon enough found her website and that was the beg. of it all. I actually started off as a gym person and loved going to group classes, but now with three kids, working out at home is so much more convenient. I used to run a lot, but had to slow it down after experiencing some knee problems. Like I mentioned earlier, I have 7 more lbs to lose to get back to prepg weight. I am at least fitting my clothes, but on the tighter side. Anyway, enough about me. I am looking forward to getting to know everyone!
Hi Kate! And yes, I am a sucker for sweets. I ate clean for all my meals today, but I couldn't resist sneaking some jelly bellies, ack!
