Hi Everyone!

I finally have a day of rest but DH and I are arguing over what car I should get. We disagree on what we can afford. We were planning on grilling out tonight since it is supposed to go up to 70 degrees but I think we will end up with pizza instead.

Katie, sorry you are not feeling well. Rest up today - you don't want to be sick for New Year's.
Klaudia, good luck find something clean to eat. I think I have forgotten what clean food is.
Angie, I loved your pictures from disney. Hope your bathrooms aren't too dirty.
Morris, I wish I had the time and energy for a double workout. Maybe next weekend.
Kate, I need to lose my tummy too. I am glad my parties are over so I can get back to clean eating.

WO done! Chose to do step works. I really actually enjoyed it and according to my HR monitor, burned almost 500 cals! I'm anxious to see what I burn with the Imaxes!

Colleen, sorry you ended up fighting with DH. I hate money fights. It doesn't happen often but it's still no fun. I hear you on forgetting what clean eating is like... time to remember!

Katie, sorry about the fever. No WOs! Take care of yourself! Glad Collin is feeling better!

Klaudia, glad you got your Wii workout in! It's so fun, isn't it?

Morris, I agree - I wish I could fit in two workouts. How do you do it?

Kate, I think we are all in agreement that we need to lose our tummies for one reason or another! I definitely need to get on the clean eating wagon to accomplish that. I promise to figure out the rotation tonight or tomorrow morning before you all wake up! :)

It's 9:30 here, just finished my WO and need to shower and relax for a while. Hoping to get to sleep by 11!

Ok... I'm stressed out. I've been trying to figure out a rotation and my mind is just spinning. I think the best thing to do is to combine the Sep '07 and Jan '08 rotations. I like the Jan '08 because it includes some 4DS work. I also like the "bonus burn" she puts at the end.

I'm also struggling because I want a Cathe WO everyday (not 50 min steady state run etc.)

I know I said I'd do this but would someone with more experience like to step in? I think we said 2 circuits, 1 totaly body, 3 cardio, right? Help, help, please help! :confused::confused::confused:
 
Angie, you can sub some of your existing workouts for the steady run, or biking or interval work. You can do the Circuit City rotation but for the steady state run or biking substitute a steady state step workout like step works. For intervals, you can do imax or double up on the 4DS cardio workouts. I did that for a long time until I built up my Cathe collection. I am planning to start week 2 of circuit city tomorrow but I am going to flip the cardio and the weight days since I want to do BM2 on Thursday.
Katie, right now I am trying to decide between a BMW, Infiniti or Nissan. I test drove the BMW and really liked it. I can technically afford any of the cars but if anything happens with one of our jobs then it may be a problem.
