robin, 2 days off sounds like a dream! i like the idea but have a hard time letting myself do it!:rolleyes:

Hi Everyone,

I am working at home today but didn't post earlier because of my stuffy head. I woke up with a terrible headache, heard the pouring rain and decided to stay home. I wanted to take a sick day but I had a client meeting that I couldn't miss. So I am doing some training that I need to complete by June 18th and just started today. It is supposed to take 8-12 hours so I obviously won't get it done today.

Robin, love your workout plan. I feel guilty if I take 2 days off and I am not sick.
Angie, enjoy your date night. Remember to keep your portions small and you will do fine.
Katie, that was a nice anniversary trip. Looks like the rain help off for you too.
Klaudia, I agree STS was hard but I do like the results.
Morris, I have my fingers crossed for you.
Anne, good job getting back on track for your training.

1 down, 2 to go:) I have to say I can't wait for shorter workouts! But I am feeling strong. Need to have a snack and take the girls to dance.

Colleen, hope you feel better! I'm surprised I haven't gotten a change of weather headache yet-it's supposed to rain tonight and tomorrow. Ugh. All us STSers should've taken before/after photos! Next round!

kl, amen to shorter wo's! im thinking 1 part/day + daily cardio. weights & night, cardio in day. maybe even stetch 1st thing in a.m. we shall see....
my before pics woulda been way scary...too post-partum. guess it woulda shown a drastic change tho! ha!

pm snack was half apple, quarter piece of toast and a little pb. satisfied and will not nosh while making dinner!!!!

Klaudia, you're almost there! You know how I *love* shorter work outs.

Angie, I think the Intensity Series is my favorite. Those are the work outs I go back to again and again. Body Blast is great, too, though, and I love 4DS....geez, do I sound like an addict or what?

Colleen, I hope you feel better.

Katie, how was your day?

Robin, when are your kids done with school? They must be getting antsy.

Morris, is your mom gone yet? Any bites on the house?

Lisa, is your company gone? Do you get to go back to your normal routine soon?

The day is almost done here. I have tap tonight (last class before dress rehearsal!) and then home to pick up the house. The cleaning lady comes tomorrow. Did I tell you what DH said at dinner last night? He didn't know I was doing 2 dances in the recital. I told him, of course, but he didn't remember. D'oh!

Hi ladies! Quick drive by post since I'm at work. Things are finally back to normal. I am surprised eats were pretty decent yesterday despite all the company. I guess having to help my dd with her school project helped me steer away from all the food! Anyway, no wo yesterday, but today I will catch up with a run and weights. BBL with personals.

Sorry for no personals and minimal posting... Eats were much better, but still not perfect. I am VERY tired! Headed to bed soon, maybe with a book or magazine. See you tomorrow!

Exhausted here too.... Julia's been up a lot the last 3 nights and its taken its toll on me. Skipping my WO:(:(:(. Payrollmax right now. Gonna take hours tongiht. Ugh. Yuck. Boo, Hiss. Will try to double up tomorrow.
