Quick drive by as I'm on my way to meet friends for dinner.
Katie, I "sneak away" from work on Fridays because I work at home those days. So, I put my office thing on "busy" and go downstairs for 20 or 30 minutes. I am completely laser focused when I work at home (which is why I like it), so I justify it because I really don't take breaks or lunch. Plus, I don't have any co-workers in my office wasting my time, either, which can be a problem for me sometimes. Not consistently, but it does happen.

Hey girls!
Late post today-wellness committee meeting this morning 9-12:30! Then I went to Meijer-solo. Got home around 3. By the time I unloaded and put it all away it was 4. We were supposed to meet Darrin's family for his mom's birthday, but Darrin got more bad news at work-another pay cut
He wasn't feeling up to spending $100 on dinner or small talking so we decided to stay home-I was glad. Went downstairs and did 20 minutes of HIIT and gonna do some abs in a few. Eats started off good then deteriorated when my dad got Taco Bell for lunch. That after Darrin brought home ice cream last night cause I was still feeling sick. Angie-he pointed to each 1/2 gallon and said here's your champagne and strawberries! Had to laugh
Scissor Lady is back-we're not sure why. That combined with Darrin's job situation is just giving us more reason to get out of Dodge.
It's too late for personals tonight, but I'll be here tomorrow-snow storm on it's way-so I'll be on a lot
Better do my abs before I lose my motivation.

Kate those look/sound heavenly! I am really in the mood to do some baking this weekend. I have a recipe for pecan pie bars that I've been wanting to try
Anne, I get it now, you were working from home. I was picturing you at your office, leaving your desk, and going into the lunch room and popping in a Cathe DVD to bang out some shoulder work. Your version makes WAY more sense
Eats have been very clean again today, I just worry that my cals were too high cause I was so hungry all day. And I am tired. Chris and I still have Grey's to watch, then I am going to bed. Collin has been a good boy all week, so we are letting him sleep in a sleeping bag in a tent in his room -- he's so excited!
