I thought I'd do ahead and start this since it is my big calorie day on zigzagging and I won't have time to type in all this food later when I go to work!
Bf - oatmeal with apple, cinnamon, and splenda
Western omelet Egg Beaters with two links of turkey sausage
and 1 pc WW toast
cinnamon coffee
Sn - sweet potato protein smoothie
Ln - Healthy Choice chicken tortilla soup
Toasted cheese sandwich with WW bread and 2% cheese
Sn - banana and 1 T PB
Dn - Chicken Curry w/ 1/2 cup brown rice
Winter squash - dumpling variety
Lg salad with light honey dijon dressing
Bedtime - 1 cup hot apple cider with a couple of tsp of mulled spice mix
