I did a search on the Forum... but I don't think I found my answer...
What is clean eating?
A diet I know I can do and be comfortable with is:
-Breakfast: Wholewheat bread with Zahtar or Labneh (2 Arabic healthy choices).
-Lunch: Salad or a bigger meal (cooked meal such as rice and veggies or wholewheat pasta)
-Souper: Depending on lunch. If lunch was light, I will have a cooked meal, if lunch was heavier, I will have a soup or salad.
I need a cooked meal, even lasagna (with a good portion, not too small, not too big)
Off course, some fruits during the day, morning or night, it depends.
Do you guys who eat clean, never eat lasagna (I always do wholewheat) or any cooked meal, such a Mousaka or a chilie? I cook most of the times with veggies, lentil, bourgol. But I would say, once every 2 weeks, I like wholewheat pasta.
And for breakfast, I need bread. If I don't have my bread in the morning, I am hungry all day.
Is this clean eating? Or clean eating is lighter?
Just wondering
thx
