Breakfast was oatmeal
snack while hiking was a granola bar
late lunch, early dinner? went out for chinese and had a bowl of won ton soup, 1/2 order of veggie lowmein, 1/2 order moo goo gai pan, water and hot tea - was STARVED after hiking!!
around 7......chocolate mint protein smoothie and piece of homemade l/f banana bread (jane I'm gonna try your smoothie next, that sounds yummy!)
