Clean Eating Challenge Dec. 8, 2005

Having the scale actually go down a couple pounds has definatly motivated me. I stuck pretty much to the plan yesterday, with the addition of a banana.
Today:
B - cereal w/ blueberries, soy milk, banana
L - kashi pilaf w/ kidney beans and tomatos, carrots, yogurt
D - salad, apple
S - fruit, small piece chocolate
I could sleep this morning, so I got up an hour early and did IMAX 3.

Okay, here's today:

B - cereal with banana and soy milk, small piece of flax/soy bread with pb and organic raspberries
S - cottage cheese with cinnamon and pear
L - leftover lentil slop with slice toast, clementine
S - yogurt and apple
D - egg whites and veggies wrapped in a ww tortilla
 
Yes ma'am. It started out as warm lentil salad. Then it sort of morphed into soup. Then it really thickened up and became slop-like:p
 
I ate a WHOLE BAG (8 cookies) of chocolate covered caramel biscotti cookies yesterday!!!!!:eek: }( Please don't kick me off the Clean Eating Thread;( .

My menu is not planned again for today but I've had a lot going on. I vow to eat clean today. I'm about to have a poached egg, ww toast, and a clementine for breakfast.
S - not sure
L - left over bean soup
S - is going to the store--I'll get something there
D - going out with DH - will eat clean!
S - none because I'm going out for dinner

You confessed Michele so you can stay. It's all about supporting each other. I actually had a reese's pb cup yesterday and enjoyed every bite.

1. protein shake
2. eggwhites and steel cut oats
3. green salad and boca burger
4. apple and 5oz turkey
5. ? not sure yet

also will be drinking 1 gallon of water.
