Clean Eating Challenge Dec 13, 2005

Did pretty well yesterday, with just a short foray into the chocolate cupboard after dinner.
Today:
B-steel cut oats, blueberries,br. sugar, cinnamon and soy milk, banana
L- left over pasta with veggies, carrots, apple
D- large salad with cheese, soy nuts, whatever...
S- fruit?
water, coffee, yadda, yadda, yadda
Did ME yesterday. Had to get up early to fit Rhythemic Step in. I'm not sure why I didn't fall off the step and hurt myself, but I managed somehow.
I know this challenge's ranks are getting smaller, but it seems to help me to know the menu for the day is posted, so I'll continue.
Sorry about the double post - my finger has a mind of it's own.
 
Robin... I will post my menu later if time but I'm on track. I've been beating down an urge to binge for days now but I'm winning. **knocking on wood and saying a prayer**
 
Okay, here's my menu..

Br - oatmeal with 1 T of nat. PB and SF strawberry/fig preserves
Egg beaters on one pc of WW toast
Coffee

Sn - Peach and blueberry protein smoothie (it was good Becky, I still have to get some van. yogurt

Ln - French onion soup, 1 oz part-skim mozzarella on WW, toasted
Navel orange

Sn - cottage cheese, pomegranate seeds

Dn - Chili chicken and lentil salad, sweet potato
 
I'm here. *sigh*

I actually did okay yesterday, except I was so stressed when I got home that I drank part of a can of Coke. Otherwise I was good.

Today:

B - 2 slices 12 grain toast with pb and banana, 1/2 cup steel cut oats with soy milk and rest of banana
S - cottage cheese with cinnamon and a sliced fresh pear
L - Tuna, cheese, avocado and cucumber on a WW tortilla
S - carrots
D - WW pasta with veggies

And I might have eaten half a Peanut Butter Kit Kat today. Maybe. Possibly

OKAY I DID, ALL RIGHT, HAPPY NOW?

Ahem..... I think I'll go lie down:p
 
Hi Everyone,

I haven't had a chance to check in the last few days, and it's probably a good thing. We've had so much good stuff at work and I can't keep my hands out of it.:(

Today-
1. protein shake
2. eggwhites w/mushroom & tomato, steelcut oats
3. zone perfect bar (I know, but hopefully its better than all the stuff around the office).
4. salad w/tuna and an apple
5. ? something healthy, I promise.
