Clean Eating Challenge Dec 12, 2005

The weekend wasn't too bad, since no evil eating with Cathe friends was done. I made an apple crumb pie for company Sun, and just had a sliver, with no ice cream. Also put out a plate of Christmas cookies, and had NOT A ONE.
My goal through Christmas is to not gain back the few pounds I have shed, but not to obsess about loosing more over the holidays.
Today:
B - steel cut oats with raisins, cinnamon, brown sugar and soy milk, banana
L - PB&J on oatmeal bread, carrots, apple
D - pork chops(not sure how prepared), baked potato, vegetable
S - fruit, maybe homemade applesauce if I have time, small piece chocolate
Lots of water and coffee
Not sure about today's workout. I'm due for weights and hear ME calling my name, but would really like to get out cross country skiing while we have the snow.

I've been very good the last few days considering I am mid-cycle and the urge to eat anything and everything is almost overwhelming at times!

I went to a restaurant Sat. night for a Christmas party and stuck with grilled chicken and a sw pot.

The only thing I ate this weekend that was not planned and put me over my calorie count was last night. I just had to have a bag of low fat popcorn or I thought I'd explode so I gave in. This is so much better than sitting down with a jar of PB and a loaf of bread!!!

I'll post my menu later, not much time now.
