Clean eating challange Nov 8/05

I didn't see this started yet, so here goes.
Yesterday I stuck pretty much to the plan. Today is much the same:
B - cereal w/ soy milk, banana
L - soup, half sandwich, carrots and tomatos, apple
D - large salad with smoked salmon, fruit or yougart
S - small piece of chocolate
64-80 0z water
too much coffee
Lo Max or C&W - which ever one strikes a chord after work
Have a clean day ladies!
 
No clean eating here!

My dd is home from school today and asked me to make donuts! I THOUGHT I could make them for her and it not tempt me, but no such luck! I still have powdered sugar around my lips!!:9 :eek: :-(

I'll have to do much better the rest of the day!
I dont' even remember the last time I ate a donut though.....

Think I'll have a large salad & iced tea (no sugar) for lunch.

I hope everyone does better than me!
 
WOW! It's been quite some time since I've posted my daily eats!!

*Upon rising (5 am)-Hot lemon water and honey with 1/4 cantalope
checked e-mail, did laundry, walked dog (1/2 mile)-wate after walk
*2 hours later (7am) had a whole wheat bagal with soy cream cheese-Large glass of water
did SH chest/back/and Mega Step Blast (first 2 segments only)
*post workout-whole wheat tortilla with black beans, spinich, corn and salsa, HUGE glass of water
*Lunch will be and easy tofu stir-fry
*Afternoon snack-protein/fiber shake
*Dinner-Tofu stuffed jumbo shells with pasta sauce and a huge salad (my dd's favorite dinner!)


Whenever I feel the munchies coming on during the day, I snack on lightly boiled and salted soybeans...If I feel sluggish, grumpy, headachy or just plain BLAH, I drink water...

Okay, here we go. Thanks for starting this, Robin. I possibly may have forgotten:p

B - steel cut oats with soy milk, raisins and almonds, banana
S - apple and half WW English muffin with pb
L - brown rice with spinach, tomatoes, beans and avocado, lf yogurt, kiwi
S - cottage cheese with pineapple, 1 Ryvita with pb
D - tuna and salad

My workout for the day is The Gauntlet:)
 
Hi Ladies! On today's menuu:

B-Vit/Protein shake and 1 Kashi blueberry waffle (no syrup)
S-2 ww crackers w/lf cheese, red grapes, almonds
L-turkey & tomato over spaghetti squash, orange
S-lf cottage cheese, apple, walnuts
D-tuna steak, spinach salad
S-lf yogurt
