Clean eating - 10-21 Friday

Br - 1 cup oatmeal with 1/2 of a large apple chopped, cinnamon
1/4 cup Western omelet Egg Beaters
1 pc WW toast

Sn - Baked apple protein smoothie

Ln - Deli ham sandwich on WW with mustard
Banana with 1 T of nat. PB

Sn - other half of that large apple and 1 slice of 2% cheese

Going out to eat tonight, not sure where yet.

*Upon rising-All fruit smoothie (orange, strawberries and OJ)

*Pre-workout-Whole wheat bagel with soy cream cheese

*Post-workout-Protein shake (vegan, pea based, organic)

*Lunch-Leftover homemade calzones from the other night (wholemade, whole wheat crust stuffed with basil, sweet yellow pepper, turkey pepperoni, soy cheese and green onion, dipped in organic crushed tomatoes simmered with more basil and garlic)

Snack-Hummus and shredded carrots on a whole wheat tortilla

Dinner-Not a clue yet, but Friday is CHEAT day! Maybe a cheeseless veggie pizza from Dominos??

Snack-Like I said...Cheat day...We'll be out at the bonfire with a couple brewsky-has! Snack enough!!
