everyone - gosh i love home days!

kate, wtg getting so much done and having a peaceful house/!!

angie, sorry for the yuck feelings. that wo sounds good. when i feel really gross i focus on how powerful and strong i feel with wos. thsat makes me feel good. i go to bed btwn 9 and 10. i'd lvoe to go to bed at 8:30, but....

anne, love the toes!! can you run walk the 1/2 marathon? don't sweat it so much - it will only lead to injury. good luck today.

colleen, how awful that 8 hrs is short. i remember in vet school when i'd have a 36 hr shift i'd make myself do a long run first, and i paid later for sure.

robin, hope the meeting goes well. wht do you like better - stair stepper or ellipt?

klaud, great wo. i love bm2 double upper - did that last week. i am so indecisive of what to do but am leaning toward bm2 once with lic upper. hmmm

lunch done, cleaning, and kiddos should go down soon... need to do ub, maybe abs or legs too - we will see how motivated i feel.

okay, everyone here must try bm2 ubonly. after each section (ie back) do back section of lic weights. it was AWESOME. makes me feel lean.

My fat feeling is GONE! I just did CoreMax1. I havent done a CM in YEARS! I used to never like to work abs more than 10 min. Now that I've had 3 pregs I feel like I NEED the 20 min to pull it all in!:eek::eek:

Morris, you're right, I need to stop obsessing about this half marathon. I could walk the whole thing, or I could run/walk it. My one friend who is doing it is really even slower than I am, so maybe I could hang with her and just tough it out. I'll figure something out eventually. I'm glad you're loving your home day!

Angie, I'm sorry you're feeling so icky, but at least you had a good French day, right? Hopefully that's what you'll remember about this time, rather than what your size is/was.

Klaudia, I love that you mention the library! I hope the girls had a good time there today.

Robin, have you made any friends through the block association? Good luck with your job search.

Colleen, thank you for that confession--now I know you're human! I say 8 hours is plenty, I would just leave at the appropriate time. But that's not always realistic, is it?

Katie, are you at work today? How are you feeling? When do you leave for vaca?

Patti, did you do all of BM2 today? I did it once. That was probably enough. One thing you'll learn about me is I *despise* hour+ work outs. Just hate them with a passion. I just don't have time to do more than an hour.

Well, it turns out I have 2 hours of leave time I have to use before 6/30 or I'll lose it. Okay, it's only two hours, but I think I'm going to use it tomorrow morning so I can run before work. Pardon? Say again? What's that? Couldn't I just get out of bed earlier to run before work since I have plans after work? Well, yes, I *could*, but I'm not going to. Trust me. It ain't gonna happen! But if I have two extra hours in the morning, I could go for a run *and* have time to get cooled down before coming in. And still get up at my regular time. I think it's a plan!

Anne, You're sweet. I'm cheating with dinner prep tonihgt. Threw some chicken, potatoes, and seasoning n the crockpot. It's too hot to run the oven! Will have a salad along with it.
Good plan on the mornign run!! Laura and I had planned to run tonight but it's still too hot even at 8. I'm going to do some cardio on my own tonight.
 
Ugh, this humidity! I'm so swollen I have cankles! I hate this. Now I remember why I don't live in the south anymore.

I'm heading home soon, I'll be back mid-morning. I hope everyone has a great night!

Hey ladies, I'm home, feeling good and bad off and on (depending on how long it's been since I took my cold meds:p). I have almost completely lost my voice, though... Hahaha, makes it hard to do my job!

I'll be better at personals (and hopefully working out) tomorrow!!
 
By the way, Kate and Angie, I did eat the salad today for lunch! For dinner I threw some chicken, steamed broccoli, shredded cheese, etc. in a casserole dish and into the oven. Hope it's edible!
 
Can't write personals since I'm at work, but I've been reading. Got into a mini blowout with my boss. Better now, but eugh. Anyway, eats are squeaky, squeaky clean. Need to figure out dinner. Did 4DS BC almost in it's entirety. Had to cut out the last ten minutes of the bis/tris because I had to shower and go to bed plus I knew P would get up for her feeding. Anyway, I'm going for a run this afternoon then planning on shoulders.
