kate, when do you have time to cook all that? by the time the boys are done with their snack, we are outside playing until dinner. how do you do it all? have a good wo with mike.

klaudia, what is your wo (in addition to a walk)? after 3 weeks, both my boys are really happy in school. hope neveena has a good transition.

well, i was a bit more productive - weeded, did some ub work, and a little cardio drills but that was cause i snacked too much on nuts. i have a veterinary dinner out tonight. i just will want to be in my bed, but luckily, i know my meal will be clean and tidy - i am still too funn of nu3tskate, no worrries on the recipe.

Okay, so do I admit here that I would never go to that much trouble to make cornbread? The Jiffy box is fine by me. I used to make Mexican cornbread to go with tamale pie, though, and that was from scratch. But, it was mix it all together and then bake. My kind of thing.

How is everyone today? It turns out people ask that question all the time--how are you? Rather than tell an untruth, I've found creative ways to avoid the question altogether. People really don't notice if you just don't answer.

Kate, is the hob tub fixed?

Klaudia, how are the girls adjusting to their new school years? Do you like their teachers?

Nina, I'm glad to hear about your truce. I hope it continues. Did you get to squeeze your boys? I'm sorry about you not getting the job--it just means it wasn't the right one for you. I firmly believe in all that.

I'm going to a birthday party tonight. It's someone I don't know well, but friends I do know well will be there. It should be fun. I'll try to check back later in the afternoon.

Anne, I'm the thread killer! I just got back from Meet the Teacher-45 minutes after it ended. The school year looks promising for both girls. Their teachers are nice and the girls are happy-so far! I'm starving and want to eat everything-to go with the veggies sticks (fake potato chips) and dark chocolate I inhaled this afternoon Gotta love PMS. Never worked out. Such a sloth.

Anne, have fun tonight! And I'll admit that I love Jiffy too! I never knew making cornbread from scratch was so involved! Let's just go to Kate's for dinner instead!
