I just pre-ordered Cathe's Hardcore Series from CK Sales today. My question is, how good are their customer service? I've sent them two e-mails regarding some inquiries for the past week, but none of them were replied. I've ordered a couple of DVDs from them last week (should be getting them any day now cuz I'm international), but after my e-mail inquiries went unanswered, I'm starting to feel a little uneasy. Can anyone share their experiences about this company? Is it good or bad?

Ck Sales have excellent customer service. When I have to, I usually send an e-mail to this adress : [email protected] . Is it the one you used ?
Did you check on which way your items would be sent ? I think they use the Canadian post office, so maybe this is why it takes so long.

I've just ordered some Cathe dvds from CK Sales (as I'm in the UK and want to avoid the extra charges UPS add on to their deliveries).
I've emailed them on several occassions and had a reply within the day.
They have told me that deliveries to the UK should take 2 weeks but have been taking 3 due to Royal Mail. As my delivery's not arrived yet, I can't comment on the time taken but I know when I've ordered other dvds from Canada, they've only taken a week to arrive.

CK Sales is the best for customer service. I live in Canada and it takes just a bit over a week for me to get my order. Sometimes they may not respond because they are so busy, I believe it is jsut a husband and wife team. I do know how frustrating it can be not to receive a reply for a company you aren't used to dealing with.

I have been ordering from CK Sales for 3 or 4 years now and their customer service has always been stellar. Try them again, I'm sure they'll come through for you.

CKSales really are the very best when it comes to customer service. I live in the UK and even with the time difference, I usually recieve a mail within hours of writing.
Just a thought, but if you are using Hotmail or Yahoo for mail, their reply (or your e-mail to them) may have got lost in one of the many system failures. I no longer use Hotmail or Yahoo for anything important because so much mail has got lost.
Why not telephone CKSales direct?

Just to let you all know - my dvds arrived from CK Sales in a week and I wasn't charged anything extra!
I've now pre-ordered all the Hardcore series - this could become addictive!

They are a terrific company, and I would highly recommend dealing with them. I have had exceptional service from them for about 8 years now. I live in Edmonton, where they are located, and I usually get my order within 24 hours - regular post. I believe I may have been the first Canadian to receive the Body Blast series, because CK Sales received them on a Friday, and they were delivered to my door on Saturday. Made for a fun weekend!
