I saw something about this when I was lurking on the VF forums. Somebody over there posted that CK Sales isn't planning to offer a pre-sale of Christi Taylor's newest workout either. I'm so sorry for all my Canadian Cathe friends:-(

Did you see SNM's reply to the CK Sales thread in the Ask Cathe Forum!?!?!? They're planning to offer digital downloads later this year!!! This will eliminate import and shipping costs

I'm really bummed about this, too. I emailed them and asked whether they intend to stock and sell the workouts at all. I figure it will still be a better deal to buy them full-price from CK Sales, rather than pay the custom/import fees. I'm still waiting for a reply.

Hey Sandra, I'm really on the fence on this one. It's a bit of a crap shoot, some folks say the duty wasn't bad, some say it's ridiculously expensive....with all of this it kinda feels like a postive has been turned into a negative and I HATE IT when that happens!!!

I always order pre-sales from Cathe and the duty isn't bad. In fact, last time I don't think they charged me any.

CK Sales emailed me back this morning and said they would be stocking the new workouts, but that buying through Cathe's presale is still my best bargain. So, since they don't seem to want my business, I went ahead and ordered through Cathe.com. I'm rather dismayed about all this, because I like to support Canadian businesses, and CKSales has given me such good service in the past that I want to help their business. Oh well.

Hopefully I won't get slammed with duty. I just bought all the Cardio Coaches, downloads and cds, and the shipping costs of the cds ($20), topped off with a customs charge of $10+ made me seriously regret purchasing the cds.

I would love to see Kingston again! When I looked at your DD's prom pictures, I think I was as excited to look through the windows, as I was about seeing you and your DD! You both looked gorgeous, by the way. Thanks for sharing the pictures. We made a trip home at the end of April, but never made it to Kingston. We got to Niagara Falls, Bright's Grove, Sarnia, Stratford, London, Watson, Strathroy, Mt. Brydges, and all the back roads in between. It made me want to move back with a passion. What a beautiful part of the world. Kingston's even nicer, I remember. It really is a time to revisit....(maybe next year).
