Circuit tapes

I love circuit tapes. They seem to really, make me sweat.
I have circuit max & power circuit(love them).

I can't seem to find any other good circiut tapes.

Can you ladies or gents have any suggestions on good circuit tapes.

Hi Nikki!! Now mind you, this tape is easier than CM or PM, but for those days when you're low on energy, it fits the bill. Your Personal Best with Karen Voight and Elle McPherson. It's all hi/lo and they use light weights with high reps, but you'll feel it. Great music, beautiful scenery, and the ab section at the end is good too! It was my first circut tape, and I still like it! Of cuorse, as I said, I now only use it for low energy days. But still a winner in my book!

I love circuit tapes, too! Why does it seem like there aren't very many of them out there? Circuit Max is awesome! Anyway, I just wanted to tell you that I've been reading a lot of reviews trying to find a good one...I read in the New Reviews section on the VF site that Energy Action Circuit by Mindy M is a good workout, but I don't have it. I just bought Gin Miller's Circuit Challenge (Reebok), but haven't tried it yet. I'll let you know what I think about it. If you go to the VF Discussion Forum, I posted a thread asking for suggestions on circuit tapes, and a few people responded with comments. Sorry that I couldn't help more at this time! Please let me know what else you find out!

The Heavenlies

Christi Taylor's Step Heaven and Hi/lo Heaven have a circuit segment - it's the last segment and I think it lasts about 20 minutes. I have never used them - I just do aerobics instead, but they might be ok.
Oh - and you didn't mention Body Max - the leg circuit section on that workout is great!

Mindy's Energy Action Circuit is a GREAT fun circuit workout using the bodybar!!!!!! I have it and LOVE IT!!!!
