Circuit Max

So, since we get an additional 30% off other DVD's with the pre-order, I have purchased Circuit Max. It looks super fun! This is one of the few DVD's I don't own! I watched most of the preview and think I can modify low-impact where needed.

What are your thoughts on this workout?

Thanks!
Pam

I love Circuit Max! It is only 45 (maybe 47?) minutes long, and is a great one to fit in when I am a bit time crunched. Keeps the heart rate up, and the time just flies by! You will enjoy!

if this is her older dvd circuit max, then it is a toughie, but it's fun.....i did this one for the first time about a month or so ago and enjoyed it, b/c u do hi/lo and step work in this dvd which is pretty cool...b/c i love hi/lo and step(i wish she would do more hi/lo)...but the cardio is followed by weight training so ur heart rate stays up in this oldie but goodie....hope u enjoy it:):D:rolleyes::cool::eek::):)

Ooooohh! Soo excited to give it a go! It def looks challenging and super fun! Thank you for the feedback! Can't wait!

Pam I ordered this one with the pre-sale as well and think it will be fun. I am really liking the circuit format of Cathe's workout because I have a little bit of time to regroup while keeping the heart rate up.

I haven't done it yet but know I will like it :)

I actually ordered this DVD for Cardio Kicks, which I really enjoy. However, I fell in love with Circuit Max, which is on the same DVD. What a bonus! Can't miss with this one.

Circuit Max is a phenomenal workout and great value for the money.

Unfortunately, it is not chaptered, but don't let that stop you. About 6-7 years ago, I was doing this one every week. I used to do it more like the Power Circuits workout from the CTX series, i.e., instead of doing the upper body weights during the cardio breaks, I did weight work for the lower body: squats, plie squats, lunges, etc, as Cathe does on Body Max 2. Do you see what I mean? This made it a very tough lower body workout.

The 6 cardio segments son this workout are great, I especially love the step segments. This DVD will work you hard for sure.

Have fun!
