Circuit Max

I recently received CM, previewed it last night and told dh if he hears a LOUD THUMP with A BANG around 5:30-45 a.m., it's only me because I passed out. I did Circuit Max for the very first time and man all those damn squats & lunges at 5 in the a.m. will make you think you were drinking a keg of ale or something. But I managed to do it. Must say that was some w/o esp. at that hr in the a.m. And yes, I will be doing it again real soon.

Did I make anyone out there remember this and may pull it out of hiding to do tomorrow am, noon or pm?

hahaha!!! I'm not sure if it would be any easier for me at any other time in the day ;) I would love to get this one, but I have a bunch of circuit workouts right now so I'm trying to concentrate on a few other additions. BTW you are ripped and gorgeous girl!! You and your hubby look awesome!

Doing Circuit Max today as a mof...that is as soon as I get all this book work done and can unchain myself from this computer!

WOW! Your kids must have never gotten messed with at school! I bet everyone was terrified of you guys! You guys are ripped!!!!! I want to look like you when I grow up!:D

Wow....the body on you is amazing. You must be very proud of that!! You look great.

BTW, Circuit Max was the 2nd Cathe video I ever did and I had severe low back pain from all of the high impact.....I guess my body doesn't like high impact. I have to modify a lot of the impact on my rebounder now. It's a tougie though....especially when you're brand new to Cathe.
 
I just did Circuit Max this morning. It's a favorite and a real calorie burner!!! I love the music during the warm up and one guy in the back bobs his head to the music. I always imitate his "dance" - it makes me smile.:)
 
I just did this one last night after GS chest, but only the hi-lo. I had to fast-forward through the strength & then I followed it by BC cardio only. It was pretty fun.

Hi Haydee! WOW I haven't done this one in ages. And to think it used to be one of my favorites. Oh yes I'll definitely pull it out of storage (so to speak) & do on my recovery week. Thanks for reminding me. Kathy:D
