OK it's the week before Xmas & I have to work 3 freakin nights. This means I'll put in 40 hours before Wednesday ends. God I hate this job. x(
Anyway, to the point--this means no gym for me this week. So my plan is to get in a couple core workouts, as much cardio as I can, & a couple of circuit workouts. DM will definitely be one b/c I already have it & know it well.
I'll have Circuit Max today & I'm wondering how complex it is b/c I can't see my TV right now w/the tree in the way. Of course I will preveiw first, but my main q is, is it mostly basic, Cathe-style moves that I can follow along by listening only? Or should I just put it away until the holidays are over & do DM twice?
I repeat, I hate my job. Not just interfering w/my exercise routine but more importantly w/my time w/Cosmo too.
