Good Morning:) :)

Im all backwards now...oh well. While some of you are doing a circuit I am doing cardio and vice versa! LOL Yesterdays workout was a circuit so today I am doing a run. Its the perfect temp out there for it but Im hoping its not to chilly for DS. I usually bundle him up in his stroller and cover him with a blanket after he falls asleep.

Lori, Enjoy your run! I'm sure DS will be fine. He probably looks forward to your runs.

I have to change things a bit b/c of my teaching schedule this week. I have to teach 2 strength classes tomorrow, so I'm doing a premix from KPC/L&G today.

It sounds like you had a great time on your field trip. :) I haven't done the BC/ME premix in a while. Is it tough? I can't remember for the life of me. I think this week looks easier compared to the previous weeks. You are almost finished with the rotation; what do you think? OK, now I'm going to exercise!

Shirl, I think your right. DS likes our runs. He just likes to get out in general. He sleeps through most of it, but when he wakes,he is pretty content just looking around.
I did another 75 mins run, burning 760 cals:) I think thats all my knees will allow these days.Just before I get home they start acting a little funny.....

Ill probably be bacl later. If not, have a good one!
 
I did the KPC/L&G 61 minute KB & Strength Circuit + Abs! It felt just right.

Lori, Great job on you run, but please be careful with your knees. Do you think you should ice them after you run? I miss having a baby. I remember my children at your DS's age like it was yesterday. Great memories. :D

Shirl: I didn't think it was too bad. It was all the portions of bootcamp except the core work. There are some hard parts and than some that are a slight bit better. But, it was like 50 minutes. So, that was good. I am sore today from those pushups and the lat work..

I really loved this rotation. I think I lost a pound or two back and forth. I just really got get better with the eating. But, as long as the weight stays in check pretty much I am ok with it.


Today I planned to do the last workout: CTX kickbox cardio and core/stretch maxs. Well see...The day isn't over yet. But, it has been a long one!!!!
