I just tried this tape for the first time--I'm not a kickboxing fan but many people have told me that it grows on you and that it is a great cross-training exercise. I still do not care for it all that much since I feel like I'm standing around a lot waiting for instruction into the next pattern etc. It just does not seem as intense a workout that I'm used to with Cathe. I'm wondering if anyone out there has opinions on this? I've never seen Cathe's kickboxing class --is it nonstop intense?--since I have pre-ordered all of her new tapes coming out and one of them will be kickboxing. Oh well I still have a couple more tapes that I ordered to try that I'm sure I will like (9801 double impact and the dvd cardio hits that Cathe put out) so I'm looking forward to this weeks exercise menue------------Ranae
