Just my opinion:
I got Amy's and Gay Gasper's from CIA, and I've just previewed them both. Neither of them really clicked with me while I was watching.
I really loved Gay's previous step workout (as much, or more, for the music as for the workout), but this one just doesn't call to me. The music is old, recycled stuff, some of it I've heard in workouts from 5-10 years ago (including a Cathe workout or two). The moves are not as well cued as in the previous workout, and she's added more complex stuff (which is not my cup of tea). Perhaps not to "complex," but it seems so due to the lack of cuing.
Amy's workout looked like a lot of jumping around and somewhat of a space hog. Not enough kickboxing for my tastes (but her form isn't that good anyway, so maybe that's not a loss?). (I've commented more on that workout in the thread discussing it).
I used to get a lot of CIA workouts in the early-to-mid 90's, then started not liking them, so I didn't get any for a while. Then the last couple of years, I've found several that I really like. It looks, however, like I'm back to not wanting to get any more (unless, of course, Kimberly Spreen comes out with something).
