So sorry to hear about your ankle. I am also recovering from a recent injury (my first ever). I slipped and fell in the shower (EMBARASSING!!) and tore a ligament in my elbow. I won't be completely healed by the time we go on the roadtrip, but am getting back into my routine slowly. You should do the same! I do hope that you're still going to come on the trip. We can be injured together!

I don't know how I missed this. You all made feel me feel really special. Well I took everyone's advice and kept it elevated for 24 hours and iced. And then kept it elevated and used a warming pad for two more days and took two ibuprofen a day. I barely feel any pain anymore. I'd say my foot is at probably 95%. (Here and there I feel a twinge.) So I immediately dived into working out again. It's so funny you should see me watching the step on every move now. LOL! The crazy thing is this morning I finally tried doing the blasts on Imax 3. I never realized how big of a thud I make when I land. :7 So just remember the thud you hear on the trip when we're working out, isn't the bass from the music, it's me!
