I am also wondering about what everyone thinks of this new video by Christi Taylor. I do not have any of her tapes but I do need some more floor aerobic tapes for cross training purposes. I was thinking about ordering this one but would like some feedback from people who have tried it.

Thanks again.

Happy Hour Hi-Lo

Kim,

I'm not usually a big fan of hi-lo, but this workout is FANTASTIC!!! It's a dancy, complex tape, but it's not too hard to learn if you like complex choreography. Christi is very down-to-earth and likeable, and she cues very well. The workout is an hour long, and the cardio section itself is about 40 minutes. I'd call the intensity low advanced (not as intense as Cathe's workouts, but challenging). I'd definitely recommend it! (Yes, I know it's early here on the east coast, but I can't sleep!

easier days

Thanks Kristin

It sounds like this tape would be a good cross training tape and would fit in nicely with those less intense days that one needs to incorporate into their workouts.

Thanks again for your reply and BTW, I saw you on the Cathe Cam on the road trip and you sure do look fit. Keep it up.

Hi!
I got both Happy Hour Hi-Lo and her Stepping Zone tape. Both are very fun. I highly recommend them both. If you like Cathe - which obviously you do:eek:) - you'll like Christi.
Ms

P.S. I would say that in terms of choreography, workout...Christi is between Kari Anderson and Cathe.
