<--wanted to SPIN for cardio w/o on Thursday but is now wondering if legs will allow it!?
<--says DOUBLE OH NO! L&G is not followed by cardio but by MM u/b premix which means that serious DOMS will abound come Friday and <--will be rendered a useless pile of mush!}( :p

<--'s dad used to have a hot tub and DH's friends have a hot tub...it's certainly nice is right!:)
<--would love to have a hot tub...and a pool...and a dedicated work out room...and a large screen tv...and a big beautiful deck/patio (that WON'T crash to the ground!LOL) to have parties on nightly...and...well, you get the picture, right? ;)
