Okay now on with the torture! Here's what I thought would be a fun way to start my day!



Superset A
Pistol Squats
8/8/8 - **really trying to get stronger at these, but still need help at the bottom of the move, part of the problem, I think, is my poor hamstring flexibility.***
BB Bench Press
6/6/6 - 105# **up 5 #, increases will start to slow down now***
Superset B
Elevated RDL
8/8/8 - 120#
Spiderman Pushups
5/5/5 - each side
Superset C
Step ups
10/10/10 - 27's
Rear Delt Raises
12/12/12 - 12"s **up 2# and again no pain

Lying Tricep Extensions
5/5/5/5/5 - 20's
Bicep Curls
5/5/5/5/5 - 25's
***these were done with no rest inbetween, all others have a minute rest***
Then cardio at 45/90 ratio for 6 rounds running around the step & power 7's, then 4DS HIS minus the warmup!
Doing all the arm movements in HIS let me know just how much DOMS I have in my lats & chest. Chest work was really tough today because I still have a lot of DOMS from Wednesday and the warmup includes uneven pushups

Now I have to spend the rest of the day getting ready for DS birthday party tomorrow! I mowed the lawn on Wednesday and power washed my back deck yesterday, neither of which is helping my DOMS
