******Chinups, pullups and more chinups******

So sorry to hear of your headache Catherine. I had a TERRIBLE headache yesterday throughout the day, but I'm sure it must have been some type of detox headache. Today I felt like I was on top of the world (weird how fasting goes). I'm finally not feeling hungry at all. I don't use supersets or pushpull too often, but I did PP today, walked 2 miles and did the 25 pull/chins (sets of 5). SS and PP work great for a fast as they are not as intense - just perfect. Chins and Pulls are still easier and it must be that I've dropped a few pounds - don't know why otherwise:7 but I'm not complaining!

Briee, I was wondering how the fast was going. I can not believe you are not hungry :eek: I can't remember a time when I wasn't hungry :+

I did SB this morning with pull ups between step segments. I did (get this) 5,5,5,4&4!! Then I did 2 sets of 4 wide grip with the lightest band assist.

Briee I said to DH this morning I don't know if I was psyching myself out, if I am getting stronger, or if it's because I've lost a few pounds that my numbers are improving. We both agreed that it was all of the above. I got on the scale the other day and it was down 3## Guess that means I have to increase the wt on my weighted chins }( }(

Catherine are you feeling okay???? :7 :7 :7 :7 :7 :7 (weighted chins...whew girl...you GO!!!!) Doesn't it feel awesome to have a great day. I mean, I wouldn't know because it's been so long since I HAVE had a great dayx( x( x( x( x( x( .Just kidding....I can kind of remember :p :p :p :p :p

I'm convinced it is the 3#. I've lost about 5 so far and it feels like a HUGE amount of weight has been lifted...REALLY. You'd think it's no biggie, but it IS! AND you HAVE to be getting stronger from all those incredible weight workouts. You are inspiring us all!!

Just finished doing PH. I still think that is one of Cathe's best weight workouts. I have never done MIS, can you guys tell me how it compares to that. I started MIS with the ladies workout group and they were laughing at the "dated" workout wear so we didn't continuex( x( x( x( x( x( . Any feedback?
