It's been a few days since anyone has posted anything. So I throw this out in the hopes you gals are still out there 
I did 5 sets of 5 weighted chinups with 5 extra pounds today. Then I was supposed to do GSL standing portion. My toes started to cramp. I made through the second set of squats and had to call it quits x( I get these blasted toe cramps periodically, but usually at the end of the workout x(
