That's what my back did this morning I warmed up with GSL and did a warmup set of squats with 45 pounds and went up to 75 pounds and my lower back just didn't like it. I was trying to go lower and I think that was my problem. I went ahead and did one-legged squats 3 sets of 12, GSL calf work and floor work. I did the one-legged squats with just 2 fingers of one hand holding on. Back seemed ok doing this. But this afternoon it's talking to me. Dang it, dang it!!!! I guess I am one who just needs to keep her squats at parallel.
Well, so far all I've done today is stretch max stability ball segment. My back is stiff and achey with certain movements. It's been worse before, but I am not gonna take any chances. I may do some low impact step later,....maybe.
Hi Chinsters. Sorry, I don't post very often. I haven't been on the forum much lately. The weather here has been beautiful so I am trying to get outside as much as I can before the snow starts to fly. Not much new to post with my chins. I just make sure I can still do one all the time. I'm hoping STS will push me to do better.
Joanne!! Glad to hear you are enjoying the weather! Hopefully the fall will cooperate with you too. I have no doubt that STS will help you with chins!!
My back isn't bad. Just a wee bit sore with certain movements. I did some more stretching this evening and will try to w/o tomorrow.
