(((Chinups and all that Jazz!!)))

Thanks for all the kind words. Just back from the visit and I have to say my uncle looks great. But he says looks are deceiving, so I know he is not feeling that well because he is not a complainer. If I do not get to see him again, I will truly cherish this visit with him today!:D

I really do need to figure out how to fit a KB workout into this rotation. There is no way I can wait 8 more weeks!:eek::eek::eek:

JJ-
If you want to know what an exercise is I'd be more than happy to explain any of them. But I know what you mean, during the warmup for these workouts I do an exercise called an "inchworm". I was like what the H*** is an inchworm?:p

You could say he's a strong man, he has survived 6-7 heart attacks and only has 50% of his heart functioning. And that's not even what is doing him in now, but I am sure it doesn't help the situation.

I am coming back in to brag a little. I was playing around with my 16 kg bell this evening. I have done swings and 1-armed rows with it, but nothing else. So I decided to try cleans. I was suprised I could do it. Then I thought, what the hell see if you can press it. AND I DID!! I ohp 35 pounds with one arm!!!!!!:cool: Just once and it was hard, but I did it!! Hey, and that was after a full upper body w/o :)

Yesterday I had a session with Katie. Good session. I am noticing slow changes in my body- more mobility. Esp my lower body. She is working with me on some corrective strategies and it's working. I hope to some day return to heavier lower body workouts :)

Today was P90X Legs and Back. I guess I did a no-no because I worked the same body part two days in a row  None of it was heavy work, so I think I'll be ok  I did mostly chinups, but did try some pullups and sucked at them lol. I haven't done pullups for a long, long time  I did around 30 chinups and about 5 pullups or so.

Okay, stupid question, but what's the difference between a pull up and a chin up?
