Yes I do endurance work sometimes, but I hate it. One of the last rotations I did by Debbie varied between 5 reps all the way up to 18 reps. I hated the 18 rep days with a passion, by 15 I so wanted to be done!!!:rolleyes: Doing to Warp Speed metabolic circuits took a lot of endurance as well.

Yes, I really want to catch up with you on Thursday, just trying to figure out what time I should arrive in the area.

Forward Lunges

Side Planks
hold for 30 sec. x 3

Superset B
RDL
8/8/8 - 117#
Stability Ball Jackknifes
15/15/15

Superset C
Step Ups
8/8/8 - 20's
Stability Ball hamstring curls
15/15/15

then cardio at 60/60 for 6 rounds. Used Bootcamp cardio 1,2,3,4, 6, & 7.
 
Linda, someone suggested we meet in the lobby at the hotel at 5:00. If that's too early for you- no worries just meet up with us when you can. As far as I know we are still doing Uno's and you can call me. I can not wait to meet ya!!

Even though I was pooped I did some chinups this evening 6/7/7/7 no extra wt. I was a bit disappointed, but then I remembered I did MM yesterday!!
