And I am hurtin' today!:D

Today I did SZ (keeping some of the moves lower impact) I absolutely love this workout!! I have to admit I mostly just watched during the spider web strike  I used to could do a few of these but it just wasn't working today. So I did pushups and rested, more pushups, rested,....

Linda, nice numbers on C&B!! It's amazing what mostly body wt exercise can do. Oh and I love Plyo X!!!!

Judi, how are you doing and what are you doing

I'm still doing BBC so today was HIIT cardio and legs. I think I'll do one more week then switch to something else like Gym Styles and longer cardio.

Catherine- What is SZ?? I'm always looking to try something new;)

Linda- So, what do you think of P90X so far?

SZ= Strike Zone with Tracey Staehle. She actually has a new one coming out CKBC that looks really good if you go to her blog on fitbytracey.com

I love StrikeZone too! Really need to check out her new one. I usually just watch during the spider webs as well.:p

I love P90X so far. I even like Tony even if he is goofy!

Oh and I forgot, I did do Ab Ripper X this morning. And let's just say I had to take a few breaks.:p My hip flexors were on fire. Also don't know how I will do tomorrow as it is Yoga X and I hate yoga!

Linda- I really liked P90X too and was never annoyed by Tony as other people were. I thought he was funny and kept things light. ARX was tough the first few times but once you get acclimated, you won't need to take breaks. Love YogaX!! It is my favorite yoga workout but if you don't like yoga, it might not be fun as it is 90 minutes long:confused: BTW, great stats!

If I can do it you can do it!!! Seriously, this one has such a dread factor for me. But once I am done I feel so good. Well, not good about all of the falling over I do :eek::D But stretched out and good ;)

Oh great now I've got falling over to look forward too as well!:p:p:p

Wow, I can't believe I finally got here! My computer is out for repairs so I have to use my old one that is now DS's and had to update a bunch of software before I could get on. Plus it's been a busy day.

I only got in the first 40 minutes of Yoga X and it was pure hell! I'll say it again - I hate yoga!!! Anyway, I had all intentions of doing the whole thing but DH got home after I was already in bed and saw the alarm set so early and thought it was a mistake and turned it off. So I over slept and was only able to get in the 40 minutes.

Thinking I might go back later this evening and finish it???

Hey, so I actually went back and finished Yoga X! Mainly thanks to Diane Sue. As I did read the response she posted to me last night and she said the second half was different. I am really glad I did, I liked the balance poses and floor work much much better than the first half. Really the first half has way too many down dogs!

The first half is the toughest part for sure :) Good for you for finishing.

I will be out of town for the weekend and may not be around. Leaving for a spa resort tomorrow and coming back on Sunday-ahhhhhhhhhh!!!!!mmHave a good weekend!!

Catherine- Your weekend sounds wonderful and you deserve it!! Have a great time:)

Linda- Yes, I agree the first part of YogaX does seem to go on forever. I love the balance poses and have finally mastered the "Crane". Kudos to you for sticking with it!

Today was BBC cardio then shoulders & back. I am loving those renegade rows!! One more week of BBC then I plan to start a GS rotation. Wish I had Shock Cardio now but hopefully it won't be much longer.

Judi
- Wow! I am impressed because as far as I am concerned Crane is impossible!

Linda- Nice numbers!! How are you liking P90X so far? Talking about it makes me want to give it another go....maybe after I finish a round of GS first. I'd like to get back into doing more pushups and pullups on a regular basis.

I really must admit that doing HIIT has made a big difference in my cardio capacity. After 3 weeks of BBC, I decided to do ITR this morning and was amazed that I wasn't breathing hard and it almost felt easy! Usually I'd be huffin' & puffin' I'm getting even more excited for shock cardio so I will have more choices for HIIT.

Catherine- Hope you are having a great time at the spa!

Judi - Congratulations on the increased cardio capacity! I am loving P90X and Tony doesn't annoy me yet!

Catherine - How was your weekend getaway/

Did Kenpo X on Saturday and really liked it even though it was just drills.

This morning was P90X Chest & Back and some numbers went up and others, especially the the pull-ups went down (my back is still tired from Friday as well). This left my upper body fried, but I decided to just totally annhilate my upper body and completely toasted with an 1:15 of raking. I am done.

Also I did Ab Ripper X again but my Hip Flexors are still pretty sore too.

Got a new heart rate monitor and according to it for my 1:10 workout (not including raking) I burned 791 calories!:eek::eek: Boy, I really like to think that is right?

Linda, I always had a tougher time doing chins and pulls with C&B. I much prefer to do them with legs :p Nice job with the workouts. So it seems you are liking P90X-yes?

Judi, so is this your last week of BBC?

I finally got in a workout today  I did disc 5 Back and Triceps. I was supposed to do it last week :( I actually did pretty well and was able to use the wts I had used previously. I did take a few extra breaks though:p

The weekend at the spa was good. I needed some relaxation:D

I can not believe it's Thanksgiving week:eek: So what are your plans? We will start off at my family's place and then head to his family's house. It makes for a looooong day
