Oh, I didn't doubt you for a minute. But I do have to question Cathe on having someone trying to lift 60% by the end. Either they will be hurt trying or frustrated and depressed when they fail. Me I just tried to choose a weight that would challenge me for the required number of reps based on how I was feeling at that point. Because I did not and will not do 1RM calculations.
Or I'd do drop sets. Start with one weights and quickly drop down to the next if I couldn't finished.

Going to stay at the shore tonight and spend the day at the beach boardwalk with the family. Loaded some cardio coaches in case I get inspired to run in the morning.
No chins last week, but did 8(3)/4(4)/3(2) unassisted followed by assisted w/ Iron Woody thinnest band. Then did a set of 6 incline chins on Total Gym. In 2 weeks I want my first & best set of unassisted to be 10!
Will be doing pushups later with Perfect Pushups handles.
Does STS reuse the same footage from disc to disc when the exercise repeats?

They don't change outfits. They wore the same outfit each week for the entire mesocycle.
Oh, because all the clips I watched for Disc 1 they were wearing pink, then on all the clips for Disc 2 they are wearing blue. So on Disc 2 where they are doing Straddle Pushups just like in Disc 1, it is the clip from Disc 1 with them in pink.
