Maybe I'm here all by myself, but I'll check in anyway. I've started doing chins again after avoiding them - they ARE HARD!! - but corrected my form and have been advancing nicely. I do them 2X per week, and did 6 unassisted followed right away with 4 more with the thinnest Iron Woody band. Second set was 3 unassisted followed by 4 with the band. Then went over to my Total Gym & did 2 more sets on it, and last one set of inverted rows with my TRX suspension trainer.
