Good Morning Chinsters!
It doesn't feel like a good morning, though. I have serious DOMS in my pecs and my back is a little sore. I'm not sick but I am feeling a little run down. Almost felt like doing yoga this morning but didn't have a lot of time so I did my planned cardio. Did one of my virgin workouts -- CIA 2502 - Step Inspirations with Heather Rider. It also has a medicine ball workout and a lower body shaping workout which I have yet to try. This one was good -- not too long (almonst an hour), complex but doable (got pretty much all of it on 1st try but was complex enough not to be bored).
I did a set of 4 chins last night (a new record!)
Catherine - Have a great workout tonight! Enjoy the firewalkers! I always get sore bis from PUB. I guess you could substitute KBs for a total body workout. Do you feel it's a cardio workout as well or a strength workout with a cardio effect (for instance L&G and Jari's workouts)? Hope you get a good night's sleep tonight without having to take anything. I get that zombie effect when I have to take an allergy pill.
Linda - I'm one of those that feel you don't have to get DOMS to have a great or effective workout but I usually get them if it's a new workout or one I haven't done in a while. I guess once you're body gets used to the new exercises, even if it's heavier weights, it doesn't matter. I hadn't done S&H in ages so I wasn't surprised to have major DOMS this morning.
