****Chinning in the New Year****

I'm leaving for vacation today. I hope I can find a park so I can get a chin in here and there :)

Good Morning Chinsters!

Today was Back & Biceps. I have a hard time upping my chinup/pullup numbers in this one, I guess because of all the other weight work for the same body part. Didn't do one full pullup or chinup. I'm still not sleeping well so I feel like all of my energy is zapped right out of me. That's why I love Legs & Back. Make my most gains there.

Catherine - Glad you liked Kenpo X+. I might wind up doing that this weekend. Nice to hear you felt your core worked out too. What new equipment are you getting?

Joanne - Hope you find a bar somewhere. Have a great vacation!

Marcy, I agree with back and biceps it's hard to do chins/pulls. I do most of my chinups/pullups either on back day or on a cardio day. I'll do sets of chins during the blast sections of Cathe step. Marcy you are right about not sleeping affecting your performance. Eating right also makes a big difference


This morning I did half of interval x. Ran out of time and had to shower before going to get my hair cut. Plus will be lifting later and didn't want to over do it!!
