Debbie-Thanks for the review. I love Body Max 2. I did the cardio only premix yesterday. Fun, fun, fun and I was sure sweaty. The premixes are terrific in BM2 and all of the workouts. I just love this new series.

Sooooosan-Thanks for your help on the Yoga mat. I bought one yesterday and I am excited to try it. Hopefully, today or tomorrow.

Still working on the chins but not much progress. I tell myself I should just do them and pushups for an upper body session one time to see how it goes but I still haven't tried that. They are so hard!

Hey everyone! I had cardio and abs on my plate today so did the 42 minute premix from Cardio Fusion, which turned out to be the BM2 warm-up followed by the cardio segments of all six (or maybe just five of them?) Drill Max drills. It was very intense with no recovery between the blasts. That last drill where you do squat thrusts followed by tuck jumps, then jump on and off the step is killer! My tuck jumps are more like jumping straight up while slapping my thighs for emphasis - definitely something to work up to. This is a great workout to add to my short but intense cardio list. I did KPC abs afterward - short but effective.

Hey all!!! I did LIC cardio premix today. I really like this step routine. Tomorrow is chins with I don't know what else???? Maybe MM.

Getting psyched about Hawaii!!!! Still have a ton of things to do before I go though.

Joanne, just curious what kind of mat did you get? I got a cheap Walmart version. It seems to work OK. I find now that I have it, I use it for lots of things. Of course lately haven't used it for any yoga LOL!!!
