Hey guys. Been a busy week. First of all...thanks for the update on Nathan Sooooooooooooosan. We'll keep praying for him.

Catherine...hope you have a great time on your vacation. Fluidity report. I don't have the workout...I was doing Debbie H's routine that she listed in someones thread re: fluidity. I did a double set of these but I didn't feel it the next day. I think if I did quite a few more...they may help. So I'm doing them throughout the day. I would NEVER spend that much $$$ for the bar. My cage has a bar that appears to work just fine. Soooo, I'd love to view the workout and will let you know if I come across it.

Joanne...do you know anything about the fluidity workout? Also...does anyone have Powerstrike and what do you think? I'm aching for summer to come, biking, running, swimming, etc... I'm going down to do Chest and Back P90X...I think. I may chicken out. Waves to all!! Keep on chinnin!

I have more bad news: my mother was just diagnosed with cancer. She had been having pain in her face since the summer and after MRI's, catscans and other tests, she was diagnosed with "tri-geminal neuralgia," which has to do with a three-pronged nerve behind her ear causing pain around her upper lip. About 3 months ago, she had noninvasive surgery to kill the root of the nerve causing all the pain. The pain has been getting worse, however, and about a week ago, she noticed a lump on her upper lip which she had biopsied. We got the results of the biopsy two days ago and it's a very aggressive tumor that started in her lip and spread up into her face and into the facial nerves. Treatment isn't clear but would most likely involve cutting the cancer out of her face and performing reconstructive surgery. She's 74 and just so sick of being in excruciating pain that she's not sure she can go through with it. My parents live close to NYC so will be going to Sloan-Kettering, one of the best cancer centers in the world. We're leaving for NJ tomorrow morning and I just want to be with her. I'll keep you posted as I can.

Sooooooooooooosan, more (((((hugs)))) and prayers sent outward and upward. We'll also pray for a safe trip and wise doctors. I'm sure you already know what a great support you will be to her by going along. Keep us posted.

Soooosan-So sorry to hear about your Mom. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Briee-I don't know anything about Fluidity. I also don't have Powerstrike workouts. Sorry that I am not much help. I, too, can not wait until I can get on my bike. I have Spring fever sooo bad. My DH and I went inline skating at the Metro Dome the other night. I loved it.
