Hi, I made it through PUB and abs AND I bandaged my hand, put on my weight gloves, grabbed that bar and did 2 sets of negatives. I held each at the top for a count of 5 and did a slow 10 count down with each. Then 2 sets of 10 reps overhand wide-grip inverted rows. My hand is sore and I didn't push more than that, but those were actually easy. I thought after being sick for a week I'd just drop like lead on the negatives. I could have done more if not for the sore hand.
Oh oh, I grabbed the bar underhand chinup grip and hung, then decided to try and pull up, I actually pulled up MAYBE 1/10th of way. Hey, before I did not move AT ALL!
I really expected to be weak, but I suppose rest is good. Just to let you gals know, if not for the fact of checking in here, I would NOT have even attempted those negatives at all today - the hand would have been too good an excuse!
