Chest/Back/Shoulders + Biceps/Triceps/Legs

2 heavy strength training workouts:

1. Chest, Back, Shoulders + Abs/Core
2. Arms and Legs (Bi's, Tri's, Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes)

Each workout could be done twice per week on alternate days. For example: Monday: #1, Tuesday: #2, Wednesday (cardio or rest), Thursday: #1, Friday: #2

Just a suggestion. Take it or leave it, right ;-)

Great idea Shonie. This sorta fits in with my suggestion for more separate upper and lower body workouts like the Pyramids and the CTX series Upper Body and Leaner Legs. While I love the S&H series and the PS series, they are each 3 workouts. Since I like working all body parts twice a week and adding in some cardio, 2 tapes are more ideal for a series.

Heavy is a good suggestion right now. But not slow. What I mean is not fast like endurance but not 6 counts like S&H. Something in between. PS is still kind of fast if you think about it. Just to round out the collection a bit more. Plus something without endurance moves thrown in. Just straightforward and tough.
