<--probably had one of the best times EVER at the concert!
<--went with 5 other people, one of which is a huge dd fan (<--works with her at the middle school)
<--sang and danced the whole time (duranduranmax?)
<--is actually quite sore from all that
<--took a pain pill before so shoulder wouldn't be an issue
<--thinks the two beers also helped that }(
<--went to bed around 2AM and woke up when xDF came in the door round 1:30 this afternoon (xDF came to mow lawn, etc. because of <--'s shoulder)!!!
<--has not slept that late since...probably never!
<--is going to relax today and do NOTHING
<--must go catch up on catheland happenings
<--feels a bit out o' the loop
<--also has no voice today from singing so loud

<---tells Nancy <--has tried telling DH how much energy we'd save with new appliances, but he refuses to budge until they die, probably at a very inconvient time
<---enjoyed church, but alas, ate too much at the fellowship lunch
<---has a relatively new church member who stood up to witness today during lunch. Leaving <--speak: He has had a rough time, overcoming various addictions, and has been coming to our church for about a year. He has been living with a woman who also has a horrible background involving drugs and an abusive ex husband. They have both been attending counseling sessions with our pastor. Today, he thanked the church for being so warm and supportive of him, then he got down on his knee and proposed to his girlfriend, who said yes! All the women were crying! It was so touching. Now, the really big problem is I work closely with the woman's mother, who won't know for a couple days. I have to keep my big mouth shut until the mom gets told. Oy!

<--stops in to say hello after a long day of shopping
<--did well!
<--has discovered Elie Tahari and will be buying all of her suits there from now on
<--wishes they came in petites though
<--says Bloomingdales is charging $75 for the tailoring :(
<--is going to have to get used to that now that petites are all but gone
<--says they treated DT like a king, seating him in a cushy chair and bringing him water in a wine glass, almonds and apples to keep him happy
<--also went to the Eileen Fisher department and got a gorgeous silk and linen aubergine outfit
<--now needs shoes to go with the suit :(
