*~CHEETAHS Wonderful Wednesday~*

Hey Cheetahs!

Fly by post for now to report my work out...Imax 3 warm up and 1st blast then the Lowmax blast only premix. I will explain this bizarre combo when I return later for personals! LOL

Off to finish cooking dinner now.

Evening, cheetahs~ :)

Gloria :: what happened during the real-deal lockdown? We had two in my current school that turned out to be false alarms. Good to know the plan worked, though. At my old school, we had numerous bogus bomb threats one year, and then one very dramatic false alarm as a result of a science experiment gone rotted in someone's locker. :) OH NO! You don't like CW, either! This is not good! *lol* What a supreme compliment to have your tutee want to continue your work together. I like the gift card idea. Since she is into photography, perhaps a photo album or frame would be another suitable idea. I have sometimes given inspirational children's books or bookmarks as gifts or as add-ons. Whatever you give her, I am sure she will treasure it, coming from you. I've decided to go in and set up my classroom tomorrow, get 'er outta the way.

Christine :: How fun to commute to work! I'm jealous!...I really enjoy riding (leisurely) but not here (in Jersey). It's the equivalent of having a death wish. *lol* But when I am overseas visiting fam, I just love to be on the bike.

Karen :: YEOWCH!!! Poor DD! Glad she is OK though sore.

I opted for HSTA WU + cardio/ub premix, which was about 40 minutes. Followed that with BOSU abs and then 20 min. intervals on the EXT. I punched up the resistance with each interval, so I was completely drenched by the end of it. Great workout!

Ooh, and I received notice that Imax 2/CW *did* now ship and will arrive tomorrow.

Am having some more tooth discomfort now and think I may need to pop a couple of Advil. The abx should take care of it soon, though.

Have a great night, everyone!

Good evening Cheetah babes!

Well, I had aspirations of getting a nice little run in after work but, alas, did not happen cuz I got home to late and my tank is definitely on empty. I so, so, so want to get out tomorrow morning though:D.

Ah, some good news...I get to drive back and forth to the show this weekend instead of a hotel stay. I can't tell you how happy I'm going to be sleeping in my OWN bed, eating my OWN food, and setting my OWN schedule....ah, bliss:D:p:D. Eating on the road plus my mini vacay did some, ahem, *damage*, and I need to get going undoing it.

No word on the "other front" so I guess no news is good news:confused:.

Cathy - UGGHHH, so sorry about your tooth:(:(. I can't believe that you're not in agony with that. I'm such I wuss about my teeth that I'd think I was dying. Oh, those Snyder's are da best, aren't they :9? Glad to hear that you're finally seeing some positive results for all your hard work. Clothes don't lie so you must be doing something right. Oh, you're so sweet! Nah, it's called good camouflage:p. I was back to near "fighting" weight when you saw me at the RT (about 3-5 lbs from my goal). With having to eat on the road and my kinda crazy schedule since then I've put about 5-7 lbs back on:mad::confused::eek: so I'm looking to get that back off. Normally I try to stay around 1800 but 1300-1500 is how I lost all the weight in the first place...took about 3-4 months to drop 35lbs so it's not like I lost the weight dangerously fast. I was never hungry, that's the weird part *shrugs*. I simply started to cut back on portion size a bit and ate squeaky clean...sugar cravings GONE. After a bit I just didn't need as much food. Why that's changed I'm not sure:(.

Wendy - Thanks for the heads up! I agree that it doesn't sound like one to do this year. Oh, don't even get me started on those tasty little devils...YUMMY! Please give Imax 3 another chance...you'll be in HIIT/plyo heaven, promise! Actually I find the cueing in the very first blast to be the sketchiest and then it improves for the remainder of the workout. Heehee, I can't wait for Imax 4 *insert evil witch's laugh*!

Judy - How was your spin class today? Did you lose count of all the push ups:p? Not sure how I did 1300 a day either *shrugs* but did and was rarely hungry...go figure.

Christine - Glad you opted for a rest day...sounded like you needed it. Great idea to ride to work...saves on gas, right lol? Ooooh, can't wait to try that lasagna...thanks! Three years ago 1300 was plenty...I don't get why now I'm famished with 1800:confused: .

Carole - Glad you are enjoying some good DOMS today:). Good timing on that massage or that would have been yeeeeeowch! I caught the replay of the beam final this morning (around 4ish...don't ask) and was so, so happy for her!

Linda - I guess the calorie burn is the one *good* thing about my line of work...too bad the hazard pay is squat lol. You've been logging a lot of miles these days...WTG! I think you'll surprise yourself running that 15 miler. Your plan through Nov looks like a smart one.

Jackie - WTG on going heavy with MM this morning!!!! Sorry work has been nutso for ya...hope it quiets down for you pronto. You're rigth...my brain says I should up my cals so why am I so resistant to it. Perhaps I should follow Wendy's lead on that one.

Karen - Oh, OWIE!!!! Poor DD! What a horrible fright for everyone! Awesome run this morning....best feelin' in the world, isn't it:D:cool:? Glad to hear you're finally out of hormone hell.

Gloria - Oh, poor kid who couldn't use his hands. I can barely begin to imagine the daily challenges associated with that. You're a better woman than I getting that bathroom done...someday I'll have a moment lol.

Hi to Shelly and Lorie (you porn addict:p)!

Sheesh, another novel...sorry! Better get this puppy posted, get showered and get to bed. Have a great night ladies.

Cathy - You snuck in there on me. WOW, what a workout you put together!!! You talk about some of my mish moshes:rolleyes:. I personally love C&W. While it's not one of Cathe's hardest circuits, it has big fun factor for me and I like to mish mosh it with other cardios, especially Imax 2:D. I find it just right for a day when the motivation/energy is a bit lacking. I hope the meds take care of the pain for you:(.

Wendi :: great news that you can commute for this weekend's show! Nothing like sleeping in your own bed, is there?...35 lbs. in 3-4 months is GREAT. It took me nearly TWO YEARS to do that...*lol*...I'm like the Slowskis on those Comcast commercials. :) :) :)... No, I am not in agony with this one like I was with the other two. Oh man, the one was so excruciating, I could not sleep at night. *shudders*... Appreciate hearing your thoughts on C&W. Since I'm going with circuits now, I was hoping to add some variety. Imax2 was actually one of the first Cathe DVDs I bought, and I quickly got rid of it because the choreo was too much for me. My stepping abilities and tolerance have improved, so I hope to utilize that workout--or at least some portions of it--as well.

Cathy: With the lockdown...there was guy a who went crazy in the parking lot of the court house (2 blocks from my school) and he just started shooting. It is not a big city where I went to school...I hate lockdowns. Drill or not, I just do not like it. They are necessary though. I get it. They never tell us when they will be. I just hate them. It is extremely stressful for me. I think I will go for the gift card. She is such a sweet pea!! Thank you for the advice! I like the frame idea too!
