I’m BACK!!! Got in CTX Kickbox this afternoon. That was fun! I haven’t done that one for a while. Figured if I maybe got some cardio in in the afternoons, I wouldn’t be so darned hungry. So, I’ll be using the CTX’s for that. Quick and tough – gotta like ‘em.
Wendy – So what cardio did you end up doing?
Cathy – Sorry to hear there is nothing definitive, although I am very relieved that it’s nothing serious. I hope you find the answers soon! Yeah, I enjoy trying new yogas. This one sounded interesting and the reviews I read were incredible – including some from yoga instructors, etc. I’ll let you know. I totally hope you’re not coming down with what I had. Mine started simply as an upset stomach – like I ate something wrong. Then it got worse… *crosses fingers*
Wendi – Enjoy your day at work! Hope your tenderness fades soon!
Carole – Is Sadie less smelly? A cattle prod – eh? I guess we’ll have to pass that around as well! And, I understand absolutely with your DH driving you batty sometimes! Sounds like we picked from the same barrel. :+ Yeah, Jimmy continues to do better. He was racing around today, all full of energy and happiness – but then he’ll sit and lower his head, peering at me from under the top of the cone – the very picture of a dejected canine. I’ll see if I can get a photo of that tonight. It’s quite amusing. Hope your cold sore goes away quickly!
Lorie – Hope you are feeling very much better tomorrow! What a nasty thing to get! Do rest and relax. I LOVE the whole tin foil hat trend! That thread was TOOO funny. And I DID get Jimmy Microchipped when he was undergoing his neutering. And Linus is simply adorable.
Amy – WOW! A lot of sick Cheetahs! Hope you’re feeling better, too!
Shelly – I was hoping to have the new videos to start a new rotation right after my half. Oh well. We’ll make due! Good job on the trail run! Sometimes the ones where you really have to be careful are the most fun. (and sometimes not…)
Susan – I’m sorry about your hip flexor! Isn’t the homework load in elementary school crazy? I swear DD14 had more homework when she was in 5th grade than she does now in 10th! Did you get in B&G or LIS?
Gayle – I, too, have been following your BFL endeavors. Enjoy your time off running, but feel free to check in here – a lot of take breaks every now and again.
