Hey cheetahs-
Just ate lunch and am relaxing for a bit...KM will follow shortly. I want to use my Garmin to calculate the calories, but I have to figure out how to configure it for non-running activity.
Carole :: enjoy your workout & tonight’s dinner. Will you be hosting the big party this weekend?
Jess :: poor Hannah…sounds like a call for ice cream!…That’s exactly why I picked up
You on a Diet…I’ve always been fascinated by the human body and how things work…and plus some of the recipes in the back looked pretty good, too.
Jackie :: *lol* about the rain dance…it reminded me of how my dad (who’s an avid gardener) used to do a rain dance on top of the picnic table when we were kids. *lol* Oh yeah, he’s a character. But oddly enough, it always worked…I am feeling back to normal today, thanks!

Those iStrengths do sound interesting…I have managed to avoid returning to that site for now.
Gayle :: holy hell! Leg presses with 47 lbs.??? That is unreal!…I purchased
Eat Clean Diet a few months ago and promptly returned it to the bookstore as it contained the same exact info as the Oxygen Clean Eating special issue, which is just plain shady. I no longer read the magazine, either -- I find it to be one big advertisement for itself.
Sunny :: oh, man – that hold pattern is pure EVIL! I need to take your class!

I'm weird in that I really like getting hollered at.
Christine :: Great to see you post!…see my above post to Gayle for my comments on
Eat Clean Diet...Go ahead and nap – install yourself a little alarm clock down there and you’re set.
