Cathy - I'm trying the yoga and running thing for a change. I'm having difficulty controlling my appetite and this has been going on for about six months (I've gain 10 pounds!). I've heard a lot of people say that if they cut back a little, they were more able to control hunger. And I figure the greater flexibility that all that yoga will bring me with definitely help with my running. We'll see how it works. I wonder how long I'll be able to stand it! I traditionally get bored with yoga after 30 minutes.
 
Hey, guys. I don't usually post at night, but what the heck, right? LOL

The first day of school (aka work) was FUN! How can work actually be FUN?!?!? LOL The time just flew by, and I had such a fun time with all those kids! At one point, the principal came over and said, "man...you weren't kidding when you said you knew a ton of the students!" lol From K right on thru 5th grade, kids were constantly coming over to say hi to me....I just had to try to encourage them to call me by Mrs. Trenberth instead of Gayle! LOL It rocked, and I'm really looking forward to doing this all year long. NOW....ask me again in 3 months! LOL Thanks for all the kind words concerning this job!

Now...Cheetahs....teach me all you know about PLANTAR FASCIITIS! OUCH! Carole, I mentioned (rather, whispered) to you during the one speaker on the RT that I thought I was developing this, and I'm more and more convinced. The heal of my left foot is sore, constantly. WOrse when I've been sitting for longer periods or sleeping overnight. Once I get moving and stuff, it's not so bad, but still a nagging pain. Suggestions? Comments? ANy websites and/or exercises that you know of that you can refer me to??? Thanks in advance, ladies!

Evening Ladies.

Just wanted to pop in to say that training was fun. My new client is great. She fits right in to my BF and I and our goofiness. LOL I upped the weights for my friend on all of the exercises and was able to get a feel for what the new gal is capable of. She is in better shape then my friend so I went over the cardio in the routine and added in tougher options for her. I left everything else the same...FOR NOW.}(

K, it's time for me to hit the bed.
