::: CHEETAHS ::: Taking Thursday by storm

Morning Folks!

Well it's all about the rain...rain...and MORE rain today. JOY! I guess it's a good thing the only plan I had for today was to go to the gym for a run. I also want to do 4DS Bis and Tris. Other then that it's house cleaining, clothes washing and packing. UGH!

Carole: LOL @ Beau biting your calves to try and get you to play with him. So has the number of unleashed dogs gone down over the years in your neck o' the woods? I hate that. I mean, a well-trained unleashed dog is one thing MAYBE but otherwise forget about it!

Shelly: I sure hope you beat the traffic back to Philly yesterday. Well work y'day was pretty mind-numbing so yeah, it was as bad as I thought it might be! LOL

Christine: How did your work out go y'day with your coworkers? Lucky you to be surrounded by so many with a common interest in fitness. LOL about the knives and keeping your fingers intact. I agree. I am also a whimp when I cut myself. I'm like a child!:p

Dallas: Sorry about your foot. I hope it's feeling better. Nope, the 4DS was sooo NOT planned which is what makes it so cool! LOL

Judy: 4DS is just great for layering on the DOMS! I am surprised my legs really don't hurt but I plan to run this morning. If I choose a hilly work out, I'll surely be feeling it tomorrow along with my arms from the bis and tris work out!

Gloria: I got 2 books. They are both by the same author. One is called Core Performance Essentials and the other is Core Performance. They are both work out and eating programs. The first book's program is more simplified and the work outs are shorter. The second book is basically a more advanced version of the first. I got them used so they were so cheap that I just HAD to buy both!:p

Karen: LOL about your kids getting into bed with you so quickly once the power went out. We had a storm here last night. It was quick but pretty rough. My DS was asleep when it hit and never flinched. I love it!:)

Cathy: Queso Fresco sounds EVIL but YUMMY. If you order the dish that has that on it you need to "side" it. LOL Work was pretty evil y'day. VERY busy for a while and in the midst of it one of my coworkers was telling me about a debackle going on in her life right now so I REALLY didn't have full attn on the kids for a few mins! OOPS! Oh well, there were 2 other people in the room working and the kids survived. LOL I like your rotation. I say give it a shot. If you change up the circuits you do then you shouldn't get bored too easily.

Jackie: DS and I battle often and I always win in the end. LOL

Posh: So you are jumping on the nutrition program as well? I have it on my list. I won't do it now since I am leaving on vacation tmrw so I can't use it but when I get back I think I will sign up for the one month trial to see how I like it. I feel so bad for your DH. I hope he can make it throught he week...:(

All caught up! BBL~

Dallas :: Sorry about the scrape from the wall and those peroneal tendons giving you grief. I get achy/tender there sometimes, too. We had to go to a different restaurant b/c the place we originally selected had a special dining event going on later, and they weren't open. I ended up having chicken breast with spinach. I did eat three small slices of bread but stayed within my daily goal.

Posh :: you have me bustin' a gut here re: Chicago. How are you doing on your daily report card? I added my multi-vitamin in as a custom food. Still working on upping potassium and lowering sodium. Poor DH. Been there with a couple of abscesses before--woudn't wish that kinda pain on anyone.

Gloria :: I know when it comes to circuits, I reach for HSC a lot and HSTA hardly ever, but just for variety, I want to explore my DVD library a little more. This way, I can identify my favorite chapters and make better premixes for myself when the Workout Blender comes out...Re: the distress over your stress fracture: I know what you mean--I was NOT in a good place when I had my bout with AT...and running was *all* the cardio I did at that time...You're so welcome! I hope there's something helpful in there. I used to use the inner/outer circle format for Socratics, but I switched to whole-class format this past year, and I thought the quality of the dialogue greatly improved, and the kids liked it better that way, too.

Judy :: Thanks for the feedback on the rotation. I am thinking of scaling back to two circuits as you recommended *or* possibly making one of the three circuits a lighter circuit day, if that makes sense...That was some killer workout for DS15 yesterday.

Wendi :: what a miserable day for you yesterday in the pouring rain. Hope it dries out today.

Wendy :: Wound up having to go to a different restaurant, so the queso wasn't an issue. :) Good tip for the future, though. How was bowling?

Shelly :: we are a bit limited with our smilies, aren't we? Did you say you were doing the Distance Run this year?

Jackie :: thank for the info on iBi. Do you have any other WP DVDs you'd recommend?

aska.gif

There's a nice, light rain out there this morning, but I don't trust the threat of more t'storms, so an indoor workout it will be for me today: back & bi's from PH, EXT, and abs.

Have a great day!

Cathy: Bowling was not good. I struggled to get 2 out of 3 decent games and DH struggled as well. The lanes were dry so he wasn't getting strikes which kept him from making his average. We probably won't do well with the scores we put up but hopefully our sweep on Monday will offset the coming losses a bit. So is the rotation you created a go? Where did you eat last night?

Wendy :: we went to an Italian restaurant across the street...This is the last week of my current rotation, so I'll be starting the new one on Monday...*lol* I thought dry referred to beverage status.

Good morning cheetahs

Cathy...6 PM is probably not a great time for a chat for me as that is usually dinner time. I don't know how much I will use the WM calendar either as I use a running journal too, and the Polar trainer journal for my workouts. I'd love a light rain but NO t-storms! Enjoy your cardio and PH workout. Sorry about the migraine! Hope it goes away son.

Wendy...you'd be amazed at the stories about unleashed dogs I have. Most of course were before I started posting on Cathe's site. Most though are gone and the few now are friendly.

Shelly...I was glad they straightened out the avatar issue. One more move sounds good! I hate moving...I am having fun with Beau. Puppies sure can make you laugh...:)...I can completely understand your obesity regression.

Christine...I am enjoying Beau a lot...Sounds cool you get do PUB and also get to ride with a Co worker.

Dallas..hope the foot pain is just temporary. Those 4DS workouts can sneak up on you. I didn't know you had the same shoe! I have the blue ones and really love the feel of these shoes too (thanks Karen). beau has been feeling great since his sick day monday. He does keep me on my toes. My fav vegan cookbook is The Vegan Planet by Robin Robertson. Here is her site: http://www.robinrobertson.com/

Judy...thanks, but the weight has slowly crept up and I hate at this age is is tougher than normal to get it off! Good workout yesterday.

Gloria..I have just been keeping an eye on Beau when I workout, he seems to stay close and I try and pick his nap time before I start!!

Karen...I just love Pro football! I do have some fav teams and players. I was shocked about Shockey but it happens all the time with players, I would say keep his shirts!

Jackie...I posted a pic of Beau over the weekend. He is a 9 week old black lab. He is a lot of fun. Good job with Super Body Sculpt and Yoga Abs.

Posh..I have had 3 root canals and can sympathize with your DH's pain...Hope he has surgery soon.

Today is LL, 30 min on my EXT and some Core Yoga.

Have a great day...:)

lost personals...i suck!

okay, so i was soooooo tired yestereday (first day back at work) that i fell asleep with the tv on and didn't even eat dinner at 7:30. that means i was wide awake at 2 am! so, i decided to come on here and write a novel. i mean a novel. anyway, i used yesterdays thread to write personals to everyone and was almost done when my computere froze!

so, i was getting tired and decided to leave my computer on and hope it "unfroze." no such luck. i even had to unplug it and take out my battery to restart it!

anyway, i did fall back asleep and am now scampering to get a work out in before work (since we are back two weeks earlier than the teachers, it's not that strict about getting there really early...at least that's what i tell myself!).

so, after being absent for so long, how p'od am i that i lost everything and have NO time to recreate it?!?! i promise i am good for it.

anyway, i ended up doing iTread circuit circus yesterday and added on some tm time so that i could log a total of 7 miles. my pace was 8:20 and i was glad with that since the last time i ran was 5 miles the friday i left for aruba (aruba...*sigh*).

did you know that runner's world has a little card they give out that tells about all the great running routes on the island (just more to KILL ME that I forgot my shoes)? the island is only 9miles x 4 miles, so there are a lot of great runs. maybe a cheetah trip to aruba is in order...

anyway, i am planning alwyn today (gotta get back to alwyn) and some cardio. probably the ext.

sorry for the self-centered post. i am so upset after losing my other one.

i may be able to post from work, but today is a re-arrange the office day (the walls were painted), some meetings, and general get organized stuff. where is cathy and gloria when you need them? i don't have a creative bone in my body and i bet you guys could make my office look top-notch!

i hope to be back to read today's posts and respond.

love to you all!!!

ETA: i was trying to post my message and had a bunch of smileys (okay, mostly frowns) and it wouldn't let me post. it said you were only allowed to have FOUR images in your post and it kept sending me back to edit. wut up wit dat?

Morning!!

Just woke up...my kids are still sleeping. Shopping must have worn them out! ;)

Oh, one more thing that the PT said. I thought of it after I signed off. He said that I should switch to three total body workouts a week instead of my 3 day split. He said that I'm training like a body builder. lol Did he get a good look at me!??!?! :p What do you gals think of that? I've never trained like that, but maybe that's just what I need???

Cathy ~ Hope the migraine goes away! How are your eyes lately? lol'd about your "dry" interpretation! :D

Lorie ~ I needed tantrum girl the other day too. I lost a long post of personals too. Also had to remove 18 smilies from post last night. Bummer. I hope you get your office reorganized easily.

Carole ~ Thanks for the book rec. I'll try and stop by the library. I'll preview before I buy it, unless you think it's a must have. Thanks about the foot. So far so good, but I just woke up. ha ha

Wendy ~ When is your next race? I thought you had one before the 18 miler with Shelly? Sorry bowling wasn't that great.

HI to the rest of the Cheetahs! I caught up with personals last night. Today's workout will be 4D legs and the spin bike. Or maybe a combo EXT/spin bike. Tomorrow I'll try running a little to see if it's gone. Anyone preorder ASCIII? I orginally preordered only Rumble, but saw that Amy will use kettlebells in ASCIII. She always has great premixes, so I went ahead and added to my order. I'm step challenged with her choreography. I'm going to work on it one of these days.

Better get started.

Have a great day.

Hi Cheetahs!

Dallas – Hope your foot feels better soon! Yes, the 4DS weight work is tough! Glad your foot will be better soon. But that’s so darned frustrating! TNT has some good benefits! Wow! I’m impressed.

Judy – I’m sorry, I meant that the job ay CutCo is a bit of a rook. I understand the premise, but it’s a tough sell for a 19 year old to make. The job is hard – but it’s okay for kids to learn how tough work can really be. The knives are wonderful. Just too sharp for klutzy me. :p

Gloria – I love red beans and rice, but DH hates when I make them because he gets too bloated. :p Pip can handle the kennel while you work out. :p I know how tough it is, though.

Karen – Yes, yesterday was a nice PUB day. We didn’t do the abs from there, though – my friend could not handle C&W abs, let alone those! I like the Ravens. I was there on the day the stadium opened.

Cathy – looks like a good rotation! You’re right, the wall is relatively close to Beijing. It’s just too far for DH to go for a day trip – he has to be in the city. They are doing failure simulations. He said it’s a good thing he’s not the one responsible for bringing up the network if it goes down. There’s a Great Wall Marathon – did you see that? You literally run the Great Wall – wouldn’t that be cool? Oh man! Hope the migraine is mild!!

Jackie – Everyone bailed on WW with me. ::p I’m still doing it, though. It seems to work for me. I hope we get to go to the Winter Games. I love both, though. Tickets are expensive and we’ll have 2 kids in college then, so we’ll see. :p

Shelly – Trooper is a handsome lad! I love the pic. Hope you got in a good nap and got a good sleep. Thanks re: my coworkers. The cycling partner’s DH is a semi-pro cyclist, so I can’t take credit for that one. She’s raced herself.

Wendy – good job on 4DS! California is a little different, at least the Bay Area – it’s more common than not that people do some kind of work out. Of course, we can pretty much workout outside year round, so that helps. I am so horrible with sharp, sharp knives.

Wendi – Oh man – they have to show in that kind of weather? How tough for the horses! Icky! Lovely – politics are everywhere. Have a great week – hope you get to go to Cathe’s gym!

Posh – sorry to hear about DH! I will probably bite for the $9.99 one month try on Cathe’s nutrition as well. I am very curious about it. I’m jealous – Maui? I’m just going to North Carolina! :p

Carole – Glad to hear most of the unleashed dogs are now friendly. I remember in New Mexico I had to watch my Mountain Biking routes because of unleashed dogs. Enjoy your puppy! They are so funny! I miss having one! Well, then again I don’t.

Lorie – when do you start school? You’re working already? I would love a Cheetah trip to Aruba! Yowza! Enjoy Alwyn!

Today is a rest day. I’m going to work from home tomorrow and can get in a good workout, so I’ll do that. Last night’s ride was fun, but way too short. We ended up going about 7 miles. But it was nice. My friend’s DH is a semi-pro cyclist, and he’s always willing to check out a bike. He said mine was a nice one. Of course, he rides bikes 5x’s the cost of mine, but hey… :p My weight lifting session with my coworker went well too. We did PUB up only and C&W abs (well, I did the abs, she did some, but we all have to start somewhere). She hasn’t lifted – I’m hoping she continues to lift with me. I enjoyed it. Have a good day all! DD15 comes home TOMORROW! Yay!

Good Morning Cheetahs!

Dallas: Glad you weren't hurt too badly on the fall. Sounds like the foot thing isn't serious. You have had a rough go of things lately. Pip hasn't been bad these last few days. She is starting to learn the commands. She is still a little baby though. I am ready for fall just because I prefer my work routine. I do not have any veggie cook books, so I can't help there. Hope your day is better today! :):)

Cathy: I haven't looked closely at the handouts, but will today. Oh no, I hope your migraine goes away quickly. I was only running when I had my stress fracture. Goes to show that variety is best. That is when I found Cathe on Fit TV. So I guess good does come out of bad sometimes. Your dinner last night sounded good. I love spinach.

Wendy: I try to buy used on Amazon sometimes. You can get some steals there. You must be so excited to be going on vacation!

Carole: Pip has been easier to manage yesterday and today so far. She has learned "no" so far and "come" is getting a little better. Three root canals??? Ouch! I got a book from the library about bird dog training that I started last night. The author reccommends feeding pieces of hot dog for a reward for listening. Uh, no, I don't think so. DH and I will use positive reinforcement in the form of pets and praise. That worked with Ellie. Have fun with your workout.

Lorie: Welcome back! :) I hate when the computer freezes. It happens a lot when I open up Yahoo email. Wierd. Back to work already? When do the kids start back? Back to school sales are going on right now so the next couple of weeks are going to fly. Where did the summer go?? The kids are back the day after labor day I think. We have professional development the week before and of course getting the classroom back in order. Sweet comment, but I have a feeling Cathy would be better at the creative stuff. :) I was actually thinking about my bulletin boards this morning. Like I said, nice to have you back!!

Posh: Poor DH. That is a problem I haven't had yet. No worry about personals, you have your family to take care of.

Today I am not sure what I will do. Something for sure. I have been feeling like really turning it up a notch with the workouts. I want to be in great shape when school starts. Have a great day everyone!!!!!

Dallas: I seem to know nothing about anything you've asked. SORRY!!! So glad to hear the foot is feeling better! :)

Christine: I have been buying the low sodium red beans and rice because it makes me bloated too. I have also made it homemade with brown rice and it is delish! Pip was fine in the kennel, you are right. How fun to have workout friends. How is Kimo doing? Yay, your DD is coming home. :)

I forgot to tell everyone this. The governer of Minnesota is having an event at my DH's flyshop. My DH is not star struck, but I think it's pretty neat. Also, on Sat. our town is having a huge event. We have the longest canoe race in North America with the biggest purse. It starts at DH's shop. All the racers run with their racing canoes to the river. It is going to be a huge party. There are a ton of spectators that follow the race and cheer at all the bridges. I will post a link to my DH's website if anyone is interested in reading about it. BBL! :)

Gloria - When I went down to Louisiana to help after Hurricane Katrina, the Southern Baptists did the cooking in the shelter for the first few days (bless them - they did wonders and always with a smile and a kind word to everyone). They specialized in Red Bean and rice, and ever since then I've been addicted. I do like to add some Cajun turkey sausage as well. :p Very good. That is sooo cool about DH and the Govenor! Star struck or not, it's always neat to see a famous person.

Well, I broke down and ordered the one month trial of the nutrition program. I figured I'd try it to see how it compares to WW. It said my card was denied, but it charged me one time. I wrote to SNM to have them straighten it out. I figure they'll get to it when they can. As a sales rep for a software company, I understand beta means - not quite ready for general release. Actually, when we release software we have a Beta test, a beta 2 test and RA release (forget what that stands for, but it's a pre-general release), then then GA - general release. I also know that the only real way to get the bugs out of software is to have people play with it. I'm with Jackie and Cathy - why get stressed over something silly?

Thanks, ladies. Felt like those lightning bolts I posted earlier were in my head. But I'm up & functioning at least, hoping not to barf. *lol* Pleasant thoughts, ay? Needless to say, I haven't worked out yet, but I do think I will be up for it this afternoon.

Christine :: Oh, I'm happy you're giving the nutrition program a go. The only minor snare I run into is getting someone else's info at times when I first log in. It doesn't always happen, but I just log out and log back in. Everything else is working quite smoothly. *lol* Very cool about a Great Wall marathon, but I do believe Chicago is it for me. :) IA with your comments to Judy about Cutco and interpreted it that way when you said it yesterday. The product may be good, but you have to wonder about the operation.

Wendy :: thank you!

Dallas :: You mean the double vision? Temporary solution is I am just wearing my glasses more now...I think you could try total body workouts just for the sake of shaking things up. But I don't think it's the *only* way a runner necessarily has to train...I have not pre-ordered the workout you mentioned. Less inclined to deviate from my top three these days (Cathe, Anthony, Tony).

Carole :: is there a time that would work best for you? I hear you--I have had two root canals...I was grinding my teeth at night and unknowingly destroying some fillings. How's the ankle biter doing today?

Lorie aka WT :: cheetah trip to Aruba?? I'm all for it!...sorry about your lost personals...crackin' up at your smileys...You meet with your students in your office, I assume? What about putting a fish tank in your office? I have found some great posters (not the cheesy motivating kind but fine art) at www.allposters.com to help spruce up the bland walls. I also use a Yankee Candle plug-in (home sweet home scent), and the kids always rave about how good the room smells. After gym, it's a different story... :)

Gloria aka WT3 :: OK, what is this talk about summer flying by and school supply sales, bulletin boards, etc.?? None of that now, please! ;) :D How cool about the big events coming to the shop. Great for business!

Good afternoon ladies!

Well, my little conundrum of whether or not to head down to Jersey has been made for me...today's classes were all cancelled and moved to tomorrow *insert tantrum girl*. I drove the 1:15 in the *pouring* rain all the way up there only to find out 45 min later that everything was cancelled for the day. So, I now get to do it all (including the god-awful wake up time), yet again tomorrow. I'm so beyond p'od and disappointed at this point that I want to scream! On top of that I could have been home an hour and a half ago but had to wait for a mother to pick up her kid. She lives 40 minutes away so I offered to meet half way and we waited over an HOUR for her. I hate people!!!!!!!!!!

That said...miss you ladies:D!

Thinking of squeaking in a workout here because, with all this pent up rage, there's NO way I'm going to be able to sleep right now. Thinking some 4DS Cardio Power. Always a fun one!

I will post my rant and get it off my chest and be back in a minute with some cheerier personals:D.

Cathy - I hope your migraine disappears as quickly as it came on :(. I actually really like your rotation and is similar to one that I've been (loosely) follow for the past few weeks. I love circuits! Sounds like you did good at dinner last night. You've got me really interested in the nutrition program but I think I'm just going to wait a leetle while longer until the bugs are worked out.

Wendy - Sorry about the tough day bowling. DH probably had a wicked time trying to keep it on the right side of the headpin (if he's a rightie). Hopefully it won't hurt you guys too much. Sounds like you hadd a madhouse at work yesterday . Wow, do you have a full day planned!

Carole - Oh, too cute about Beau wanting to play. OUCHIE!!! Three root canals??? Enjoy your workout today!

Lorie - UGH, sorry about the personals!!! Yeah, the smiley limit kinda bites. Aruba?!?!? Don't I wish! Fantastic run yesterday speedy! Hope the office re-arrange goes well.

Dallas - Oh, hon, so sorry to hear of all your foot issues! {{{{VIBES}}}}. LOL about training like a body builder! Enjoy your workout today...hope the foot doesn't trouble you.

Christine - Sounds like you had a fun workout day yesterday! Always nice to get someone else into it, isn't it? Glad your bike got the stamp of approval. Yesterday wasn't nearly as bad as I've seen. We've actually shown in rings where all you could see was water, no dirt, with lightning in the area . Regardless of how bad the weather and rings were today 99% of the shows do NOT cancel...they can't afford too from either a financial stand point or because of scheduling issues. Most of the time all of the classes are sooooo full that the guys running the rings have to really keep everyone moving to get everything done before nightfall. This show happens to be a bit of a ghost town this week (won't go into the why's of that one) so they are simply adding today's classes to tomorrow's schedule. Not happy about this AT ALL! Had to LOL about me waking up at the same time DD went to bed.

Gloria - LOVE your new avatar!!! How cool about all of the hullabaloo at the flyshop! Hope it turns out to be very good for businessm, too. Sounds like a fun event!

Shelly - LOVE your new avatar pic, too! All these cute pups lately...I think I may have to break out some kitten pics to compete lol! Glad to hear that everything's moving along with regards to the new house...I'm so happy for you. I do hope you get ta chance to take a breathe soon! ITA with what you said to Cathy about restaurants and the obesity epidmic in this country...so, so sad:(. Glad you got out for a nice run yesterday.

Judy - That was some expensive cutlery! Nice to help your daughter's friend out, though. Even though I preordered STS I'm still not sure. I figured I could always cancel it if need be. I *do* tend to put on mass *very* quickly and am a little leary of using it as a whole. I may end up just using indivivual workouts...I just don't know yet. Oooh, nice workout yesterday!

Jackie - Like your avatar girl! Super Body Sculpt...now who's is that? Knowing you it was probably a goodie!

Karen - While I don't have PUB I've heard about those pikes after all that UB...wowzas! I can't blame ya!

Uh oh, I might have lost these! Fingers crossed!

Phew...that was close:eek:. Sometimes it's a good thing to have a very slow running computer. I hit the back button by accident but then hit the stop button as soon as I realized. Slow puter didn't have time to lose my personals:p.

Back to my novel...

Posh - So happy to see our Pink Posh Shopper back:D. Oh, you'll look smashing come Maui...as if you don't already dear! Can't wait to get blasted by your novel!

Dallas - I doubt your chaffing issue is the result of big thighs, love. I happen to have tough conformation...narrow hips, thick thighs. They can't help but rub *lol*.

Alrighty, trying to find the butt glue remover and get this workout started... Hopefully, I'll be back later with a report. Have a good one ladies!

Hi Cheetahs! :D

Shelly - Super Body Sculpt is a Firm workout with Stephanie Huckabee as the lead. It's total body and short. Yeah, my collection is too extensive and sometimes I forget what I have.

Wendi - Sorry for the rain soaked and miserable day yesterday. Hope today is better and your horse wins.

Karen - Yeah, can't do those pikes after PUB. :D What was Cathe thinking?

Gloria - Glad you were able to get your run in. Good to break Pip in just right. Nice supportive DH you have. What workout did you decide to do? That's great that the Gov is having an event at your DH shop. Sounds like some fun times ahead. Enjoy!

Posh - Poor DH! Sure hope he feels better soon. Have fun with the nutrition program.

Dallas - Glad the PT was able to give you some insight on the foot pain. Halibut sounds good. Like it! Be careful trying to save that beautiful landscaping. Believe me, I know how it feels. We had some rain early Wed. morning and I was so happy. See post to Shelly about workout. House is coming along. Want to have an Open House within the next 30 days to 6 weeks. I ordered window treatments for the Great Room and Dining Room. Supposed to be getting my mantle in today. Everything else will have to wait. Don't want to over extend my finances right now. I'll do a few things here and there.

Wendy - Sorry for all the rain! If you don't want it, please, please send it my way. ;) Sorry bowling didn't go well either. So, please explain to a non bowler what a dry lane is.

Cathy - I like WP Advanced Body Sculpting with the band and the abs with the band. The others are just so so but I do pull them out every now and then. Hope the migraine didn't linger.

Carole - Yay for the friendly dogs when you run! I'd probably run in different areas if I were sure no dogs would come pouncing out. I'll have to go back and see if I can find the pic of Beau. Hope you tamed LL today.

Lorie - Sorry for the computer freezing and you lost your post! Good pace on your run yesterday. That's great that RW tells you about the running routes in Aruba!

Christine - Glad WW is doing the trick for you. If it ain't broke, then don't fix it, huh? Do understand about the finances. Know college is not cheap. We have to learn to prioritize, right? Enjoy your workout today. Glad you enjoyed your workouts yesterday.

Today's workout was Carribean Workout Kickbxing #1 on the Bosu and with the weighted gloves, TJ Fat Blaster and a 20 minute yoga. Didn't have a run in me today.

Gotta run now! Hope you're having a wonderful day!

Jackie
