Good morning all! I slept like a stone last night and feel nice and recharged:7 :7 Well, I did talk with my boss yesterday and she was her usual wonderful self. I was on the verge of tears myself I felt so bad telling her but she told me not to worry that we all have to do what we have to do essentially and gave me a hug

I came home then and apologized to my dear DH. I had been so fretful and tired I really snapped at him bad the other day... okay enough of this!
I'm very truthfully quite terrified of this move and all that needs to be done but I am NOT going to take it out on others!!
We found a VERY interesting property by the way yesterday... number one on our list to look at when we get there

I'll be talking with various recruiters today and tomorrow to get some specifics about what jobs they have to offer me. My preference I think would be to work in Philadelphia for a while.
Yesterday I got in a pretty nice 6 mile run and finished up the last timesaver workout. For today I'll be doing a LB workout... I think I'll get into the 4DS series again for a bit. Later will be a good turn on the EXT 40-60 minutes. More packing and painting of course!
Wendy- Congratulations on a stellar run yesterday!!!!! At this rate I think I'll be the one holding you back on the 18 miler!!
"I am happy though cause the west coast's loss is the east coasts gain!"
Thank you so much for the above comment yesterday!! It brought a lump to my throat. BTW, I got my copy of NROLFW yesterday... very interesting!!
Christine- So glad to hear that DH is better and coming home... finally!!! I'm willing to bet he'll be even happier to be home than you though!
Wendi- Hey, with all the heavy fantastic weight workouts you've been doing your muscles have naturally had more inflammation... a normal response for a few weeks but only temporary. And now especially since long overdue Auntie F has made her appearance I'm willing to bet there will be wonderful changes coming your way soon with your body!! Good luck with your upcoming show.
Carole- Very interesting about your knee injury and Chi running!!
I think I can understand your point of view. When you concentrate so hard on changing to a new form and doing something your body does not naturally want to do bad things can happen for sure. You are very intelligent and have obviously thought this out very carefully. BTW, I also got a copy of the China Study and have started perusing it. I think with the upcoming separation (part time) with my DH I will use the opportunity to go totally vegetarian. You are my inspiration here so I'll be picking your brains likely in the future! Nothing new here.... I feel like I'm always picking your brains
Lori- Glad to hear you are feeling better! It obviously wasn't enough to hold you back from your usual killer workouts! I'm looking out my window and finding it hard to imagine all the snow you have!!
Jackie - {{{{hugs}}} for you and your Mom!! I deal with scenarios like hers all the time with my job and I know exactly what she (and you) both went thru!! Having you there for her makes a HUGE diffence in her recovery to be sure. Those timesavers are great aren't they? I think the push up sequence in # 1 is even harder than the drop sets in GSCT.
Hi Lorie! Hope you can catch up and take a deep breath soon!
Hi Kristi- thank you for your kind words yesterday! Good luck with the 10k tomorrow!!!!
Hi Dallas! How's things in the Windy City today?
Hi Judy, Linda, Sunny and anyone else I may have missed.
