Just getting the thread started here! I'm going to post it and then go back and edit to do some personals!
Laurie: I am so happy that you have joined us! I am sooo excited for you with your training for a half! That's so cool! I am not that brave yet!
Barb: You are right about the shoes. I just have to do it. It's worth it not to injure myself. Thanks.

Today I am considering hitting the gym. I am thinking of a 2 mile run and then a short elliptical work out.
I did the LowMax blasts last night and it was a great quick cardio work out that BURNS UP the legs and butt! WOOH!}( During parts of it I was feeling my knee so afterwards I iced it for about 10 mins and it was good as new again!
